"Tú te has burlado de mí" I think maybe would be better with "You have made a fool of me" ¿? as for our spanish ears in this context this phrase doesn't sound like a simple act of mocking but a continued, deep, very serious affront, a real lack of respect.

It's great to have chosen the video with subtitles so that everyone can understand the meaning of her song, and can properly evaluate how her interpretation changes as she says this or that. Something that can be missed by watching a video in bits and pieces is that it is a video shot in one take, which, for me, gives an added value to Diana's performance. One of the things Diana stands out for is her ability to maintain very long phrases, a technique perfected over the years following in the footsteps of a singer from the 50's, Antonio Molina. You missed this entirely. She is singing to her husband on his deathbed. His vision is already fading and is represented by the tunnel vision of the video from its inception. She is at his bedside looking down at him and you see his limited vision of her. He has apparently asked her for forgiveness and this is her response. As she gets stronger and more deliberate in her condemnation his vision of her turns to color and at the end her rhythm becomes syncopated to merge with the sound of the cardiac monitor which then flatlines as he dies unforgiven. This is one of the most original videos ever created not to mention that she wrote this song and the performance , as you have indicated, is spectacular.

I would recommend you to watch "Diana Navarro - La Saeta del Larios" that is live. She sings from a Balcony to the Virgen Mary during Eatern at Malaga, Spain. The song is voice only without any instrument, characterstic for the Saeta at Malaga -to the best of my knowledge.
