Falling in Reverse is an American rock band based in Las Vegas, Nevada that formed in 2008 by lead vocalist Ronnie Radke while he was incarcerated. The band's original name was 'From Behind These Walls,' but was quickly renamed to Falling in Reverse shortly after formation. They are currently signed to Epitaph Records.

Wow… I’ve watched THOUSANDS of reactions to FIR/Ronnie at this point. I’ve always LOVED both his voice AND the lyrics in the songs… And payed attention to every single detail, learning something new every time! Also through his twitch streams. But holy… His voice is SO captivating that all the details in the singing distract me a bit from the lyrics sometimes… That’s probably why… This is the first time the lyrics of this song has hit me THIS HARD. It’s like he’s looking inside my brain and singing about it

YOOOOOO!!!! I have been subbed for a while now and normally only check out your rock and metal stuff. (Including Ronnie's stuff) When you broke into your opera voice it made my jaw drop!!!! I think I am about to check out your other playlists now with our singing!!! That blew me away!!! Hats off to you girl!!!! And for the kicker, I believe that "The drug in me is you", the drug is her blood drawn into him that led to her demise into hell. My thoughts anyway.

OK so I just watched the original. Wow big difference. It is a great version too but polar opposite. This is very different and gets a lot more emotion across so though I enjoyed both I think this is my personal fave.

In general, I am not into this genre of music, but this piece is just stunning. I've heard it several times and every time I see a new react of it, it draws me in again. Then, when the analysis is as good as yours, it makes it a perfect experience.

Knowing what 'the princess' in this video represents in terms of how life can sometimes conspire in wierd ways to teach valuable lessons.. it thrills me to see the symbolism of her complete destruction and how that creates the opportunity for a more cautiously informed future. When one door closes.. The original version was not something I would have been a huge fan of at the time. This remake is artistically stunning and very well composed. Knowing a bit about the personal backstory, the emotional investment, self-betrayal, and enlightened reinvention of himself makes all the difference. Phenomenal. I was equally shooketh! Gonna be an almost cringe inducing repeat of the entire David Draiman experience if Renee takes the plunge into the FiR past archives. Will have to set aside popcorn for when she accidentally uncovers the Corey Taylor cameo appearance!? Tread lightly. There is a very dark inspiration for what had transpired to make this reimagined version so incredibly powerful. Beautifully composed and performed.

After taking my own belated dive off the deep end of FiR inspiration, like a moth to a flame, I will definitely be tuning in to satisfy my curiosity to discover how this adventure evolves for you. The creativity of presentation and composition is so incredibly powerful in each of the tracks that they have recently reintroduced. Being a generation older than the whole emo era, this is not my musical genre of choice. Such a masterpiece of sorcery is impossible not to respect and admire.

Did you forget you did Falling In Reverse, I'm Not A Vampire Revamped last November. He got you in that one also. Lol. Great reaction to try another amazing song by Ronnie. His trilogy is more the rock style, but these piano versions are amazing. Same as the piano Rammstein version of Mein Herz Brennt.

What's crazy about this is that the original was a crazy pop punk "emo" song with the exact same lyrics and then a fan composed this for Ronnie and the rest is history I should add the same person that composed this also composed their newest reimagining. I'm not a vampire "revamped" same idea crazy pop punk metal song turned into a ballad except this time he clearly had a higher budget and turned the music video into a movie

great reaction! Loved your little jump scare ;) Beautiful song! so powerful and dark. That guy got some serious singing chops! A suggestion: Wintersun - Loneliness (winter) its beautiful, strong, epic and insanely emotional! The singer wrote the song after his father died, and it really shows in both the lyrics and the voice. I'm normally not the emotional type, but i cry like a child when i listen to that song.. (partly because i lost my father when i was just a kid) Anyways.. love your reactions! keep up the great work, and have a good one :)

The comparison you made about the way he belts out his notes and opera makes sense since you sing opera and it does have a, let it all out, kind of feel and power to it. I always felt this song was more like a musical that tim burton wrote. Like Sweeney Todd is what it makes me feel like for some reason.

Check out Royal Blu reacting to this song on YT - she was one of the "cellists" and has some great behind the scenes info! e.g. She was Ronnie's stand-in for setting up the shots where he's standing..... The "Princess" (have a look at their 2011 album cover The Drug In Me Is You) reminds me of my daughter!... So much emotion in Ronnie's voice! The original version was more upbeat/tongue-in-cheek with the same lyrics.... The piano solo uses the same phrases/runs as the guitar solo in the original..... Did you see his vampire teeth?🖤.... check out "I'm Not A Vampire" - and the Revamped version!

Fabulous reaction! It may be a little cruel of me, but I especially love seeing how unsuspecting people react to the screams. And the girl symbolizes addiction and/or depression and was on the cover of the original album the original song was on.

I'd love to see someone on here that's heard his FAlling In Reverse stuff, to listen to the older Escape The Fate songs. He was their singer for the EP and the 1st Studio album. I'd suggest "Situation" and "Not Good Enough For Truth In Cliche". Those are the only 2 from that studio album with actual music videos that Ronnie was a part of. The rest of the album is REALLY good though if you just want to hear them. Everything after that album is with a different singer, who used to be in another great band called blessthefall (yes it's all 1 word and lowercase).

The combined elements falls under the subgenre of Neo-Metal. Its essentially mixing metal with other genres, primarily but not limited to, rap. This is kind of a Ballad so its not that obvious, Technically this particular song wouldnt fall under the label at all but the band as a whole does, Limp Bizkit was the band how popularized the genre in the late 90s, Linkin Park took over in 2001 and ruled with an iron fist for about 15 years. Other bands of note in the genre would be bands like Papa Roach, Stained and P.O.D. Ronnie who is the Singer, lyricist, composer and director of Falling in Reverse doesnt like labels so he just call theyre sound "Ronnie Radke"... But reality doesnt stop being reality just cuz someone dislike it, and Falling in Reverse checks literally every box for Neo-Metal and I cant really think of a single aspect of the band that actually falls outside this genre. Alot of fans call me a hater for pointing this out which is not actually true. Falling in Reverse is one of my favorite bands and I listen to at least 6 or 7 of their songs on a daily basis. But categories exists for a reason, to categorize things and if you fill the criteria you fall into a category, no matter if you like it or not. Thats just reality,

If you never listened to Queensryche you should listen to some of their stuff. the old lead singer is really good. two songs are 'take hold of the flame' and 'silent lucidity'. both had the old lead singer Geoff Tate.

well i was going to ask you to react to the falling in reverse's the drug in me is you (the original song, they basically did a cover of their own song, very cool) but then you mentioned the whole PG thing, and the music video is more of a PG-13 themes and outfits (think sterotypical 'slutty cop/lawyer/judge/etc' halloween costumes for pretty much all but the band members). but i still would love to see that if you decide that it would be alright :)
