Hi Lachu..Hope you have recovered now..I also had c section...I was told to walk 24 hours after surgery..It was very painful but next day I was ok..The main problem starts when you lactate.. Initially atleast for two days,it was very difficult.. Stitches pain was nothing infront of that.. May be because nobody from my house except husband was allowed since it was during covid wave..We both had zero experience and we never saw newborn baby...I can't imagine those days.. About pain it will go on its own.. Within 15 days you will be back to normal..Take sufficient rest and drink lots of water..
