I just took your class via Zoom this week (during this nutty storm in the Gorge) and it was a ton of info all at once. so I love these videos I can come back to and review the form and how to use them again. I just made an offer as a buyer broker where the seller was offering 3% to the buyer broker, but my buyer agency agreement stipulated that I’d split anything above 2.5% with my buyers. Obviously, escrow needs to know how the .5% is being divided, but I wonder if the seller needs to see that arrangement with the P&S agreement?
