Why not just refer the buyer to another agent and still receive part of the commission if they don’t agree to limited dual agency?

Annie, what if the parties do not want the Broker to be a dual agent and both parties want that Broker (the one in the middle) to represent just them in the transaction? Earlier, both parties had agreed in written form to accept dual agency, but once they get to the point of actually writing an the offer they now do not want you to be a dual agent.
