Meal 1: 1 banana 20g datea 30g honey 100mg full cream.milk Black coffee 4 eggs cooked 2-6 slow cookes together 750g rice 600g sweet pitatoes 100g lentils 500g broccoli 100g carrots +800g premium meat. 300mg full milk 200g blueberries 200g cereal: 7000 kcal total. 361g protein 1071 carbs 119 fat. Wow, what an insane amount of food, and he looks great!

@@Skne91 Sprinting uphill causes less impact on the joints because there is less overall force with each ground strike than there is with running on flat ground or downhill. Also, running uphill forces the forefoot/midfoot strike which causes less overall impact on the body.

You should have him do a posing early on to see his progression of how lean he is and his size. Each week or like every two weeks just keep doing so we see his body change as weight changes. Keep up the good work!

sound like spending a lot of time on eating ?! great info though , thanx for sharing ...May i ask the programe followed is for wellbeing ?fitness?competitve mode(wrestling ?boxing ?mma?etc ) ?weightlifting ? and if you dont mind asking ..i dont think is a natural definition here ..but its ok because i can understand the suppreme effort produced and shown here as result .

The question I would ask is why are you tearing your muscles, when, your eating well, could, it, be, there's a vitamin that's in deficiency, like, calcium or vitamin D or iron or magnesium etc...I believe vitamin k2 is needed in your diet, that's, what is the deficiency that could prevent muscle tearing...Other than that, you're, exercising routines, are, in perfect order.. .Great inspiration to any Athletes!...AMEN!...; 🌈👸🍌🍌🍌👸🌈🙏

You should always try to get your nutrients from whole food, use protein shakes when you need to fill in certain parts of your nutrition to hit the numbers or need a quick snack and also if you like them. They are not required. Whole food is always best.
