@@Skne91 Sprinting uphill causes less impact on the joints because there is less overall force with each ground strike than there is with running on flat ground or downhill. Also, running uphill forces the forefoot/midfoot strike which causes less overall impact on the body.
You should have him do a posing early on to see his progression of how lean he is and his size. Each week or like every two weeks just keep doing so we see his body change as weight changes. Keep up the good work!
