Yes, the way you disable auto-start is by subtracting 32 from the current value, so with a value of 47, you would subtract 32 for a value of 15.

Like George said this takes hours in real life and doesn't have sounds associated with each part. We do have fuel-loading sounds.

While there is no “start up” sequence, you can use the CV113 quiet mode and the steam loco will be quiet until you select it and send a command such as headlight on, or a whistle. So search “SoundTraxx Quiet Mode” for a video here with more info. I hope this helps! ~G.
