tl;dr If you use Hush, get Tess.
Even at M0, she is BiS support. It only gets better with additional manifestations UNTIL M5. M5 will make it more difficult to apply a 10s burn at the proper time so I would advise skipping it unless patched later.
Her weapon is also bonkers for Hush specifically. Snatch it if at all possible.
This is the first real Ultimate Damage support we've had in this game and it's superb. We're one support logistics set away from having a real team composition for Hush.

I got really lucky and got Tess with her sig weapon T2, now all i need is T2 Lava Bones and i'm gonna destroy everyting. Thanks for the guidance!

is the 4* star weapon you can get from the reccomended list good enough for her or she signature weapon depended?

If you're asking about Tess, she can use the 4* weapon. There will be a noticeable damage drop from her signature but she's still an irreplaceable support. If you're asking about Hush, she's going to be severely hamstrung without Lava Bones. She can still clear content with some fuss, but it will take much longer than with other units. To compare: Eccentric Joker T2 is +40% damage. Lava Bones T2 is +85% damage.

just got Lava Bones, only need to reach M3 next Other than being a great support for my Hush, Tess looks future proof to me being a universal Ultimate recovery support 🎉

Huh...and here we are trying to force her on Yao. I kinda wish now that I went with Hush. XD So far I only have a good grasp on Tess/Yao/Shdaow ka team and it works really good there too. So what's a good logistics set for her? Index and U-energy? Maybe skill haste for her supp?

She's a great support for Yao as well, though Yao already has tons of great support so the difference in performance isn't going to be as stark. In your comp and most Tess comps you're going for one, big, flashy trick rather than a sustained show. Skill Haste isn't the play because you're trying to finish in a single rotation. U-Energy then Index are your best bets to make that happen.

Yeah that's what I thought. Well it's good that the first 3 logistics I got,spawned with u-energy. With Maux I had to farm the event log non stop...and at the VERY end I got a great-ish set for her. This is with the monthly 5$ resin refill incl. I think it's fair to say,they need to change the event logistics farming cause it's total bs.@@YggdrasilFireSafety
