Two greens!!! I'm so excited that they have two greens! And I love that they decided to put such a dark green in a summer collection! This collection surprised me--I like so many of these! Sometimes you just want a nice creme.
Love the dark and vampy colors. You reminded me of the Spiderman collection of one of my favorite all-time OPI polishes. "I spotted a lizard." Love to see an update of your favorite colors video series.
Kelli Marissa, can you make an updated beginners ("idiot proof") guide to a home manicure 💅? I totally need one tbh. I can't paint in between the lines (aka not all over the skin) to save my life. I'd love to do those "neat and clean" brush strokes you do, I just always end up flooding my nail and cuticles. 😅
Also, if you have steady hands, it really does take practice. Don't get discouraged! I need a lot less cleanup than I did a year ago when I went full-out nail polish-obsessed. I used the inexpensive brushes from Target that Kelli recommended at first. Now, I use Mooncat brushes as I don't need such a wide cleanup!
Thanks for another honest review, i didn't even know this collection was in support of the Trevor project (which other reviews didnt mention) until you mention it and now the colors make more sense. All beautiful colors.
Dude that green is sweet though, I don't see that shade in almost ever. And it would look cool with a topper, just imagine that 😊I have a good topper in mind that's kind of like pink splatter ❤
These are great colors! I’m loving the rainbow colored cremes that seem to be the theme for this summer! Might have to break my no nail polish for those yellow and greens though 🤣 I need those for my fav football team and it soooo much nicer and easier when you can get them both from the same collection because it usually means they have the same formula and go with each other… and the colors are fantastic!
I love dream come blue. A lot of these colors are geared more towards fall than spring/summer. I think OPI knows a lot of people like vampy colors, but, this isn't it. I like the bee BFF too
Such nice swatches. You do a great job! I checked & the OPI Spiderman collection was from 2012! I will definitely be getting As Real As It Gets. Loved My Boyfriend Scales Walls. I'm always looking for colors I don't have in my collection. Feelin' Fine, Cute-icle, Priceless & Purrrride will make nice additions. 😊

Hi Kelli, I love the brown and the two greens. I also love green polish, I do have a blackened green already (I will have to dig it out for comparison) but definitely do not have anything like the apple green. Must buy!!
I really liked this collection more than I thought I would! My faves are the “My Me Era”coral-red and the “As Real as it Gets” white ❤️🤍, but thought they were all pretty 😍 Love your videos Kelli!
I already have My Me Era on as my first summer pedi -- it pulls a little more of an orange-coral on me than a pink but it's still bright and lovely. My nail tech and I decided OPI has gone "post-seasonal" as this one is beautiful but doesn't scream summer. I actually love the two dark shades tho and will definitely end up reaching for them once I get neon-ed out about late July xD And my daughter has already planned exactly what will happen if we ever win the lottery, starting with moving to Orlando and ending with visiting every Disney park in the world xD
Hi Kelli, This collection is different than I expected, but I like it! Corals are always my favorite for the summer, and I'm loving My Me Era. Purrride, Midnight Snacc and Stop At Nothin' are gorgeous too. Thanks for showing these ❤💅 If I won the lottery~ I would buy a new house, move to a warmer climate, get some work done on myself, then open an animal sanctuary. Not much, right?
Pricele$$ is absolutely my favorite. Just a beautiful green. If I won the lottery - I would retire me and my husband, buy a house by a river we go too every year, pay off our debts, help out our kids, and travel a little bit. ALSO haven't been on a Honeymoon, so that would be happening as well.
Lottery or not everyone needs to experience Hawaii in their lifetime! Just went to Oahu, Maui and the big island for our 20th and its an incredible experience for anyone.
Love the coral! The green and blue would be great for nail art. So would the whitish one. Midnight Snacc looks like a greener version of CIA=Color is Awesome. The orchid having violet in its name makes my eye twitch. Make it the color of violets (not pansies) if you're naming it that! (If I won the lottery, I'd set up a foundation to help change the world. I have some things I want to set up a watchdog group and lobbyists for specific laws that need modernizing across the country that would help protect women. I also might start a nail polish and plate business just for fun, I have ideas for graphic arts and even names of collections in mind. Or, maybe I'll just go sit on a beach in the Mediterranean once I set that all in motion!)
Is the OPI brush easy to use? I remember back in the day feeling like their brush was so big and hard to get even coats. It looked easy for you though you’re way more experienced! I am obsessed with the green, those are my favorite shades.
Honestly it's the first non-drugstore brand I ever used so I pretty much learned how to paint with the OPI brush haha! I think the straight edge can be a little difficult with some brands but the formula on OPI tends to be very creamy so it's easy to just get a bead of nail polish on the brush and push it slightly up to get the perfect curve around the cuticle area.
Midnight Snacc looks gorgeaus. It's almost my favorite colour. And now I need to find a shop where I opi is sold for less than round about 15 to 16 dollar for a bottle
I have to say I find this an unusual colour story for OPI summer, no pink or purple and all cremes, having said that the colours are OK my faves are my me era & priceless, I'm finding I'm embracing greens much more than I used to 😂 As far as winning the lottery, I'd buy our current rental property and my hubby could retire, happy daydreaming 😂 Great review Kelli many thanks ❤xxx
@@continuallycountingchicken7338 yes! They're in Ulta! Most drugstores also carry OPI but not usually new collections - although nail supply stores should have them as well!

I love that this is a pride collection. I wish OPI was cruelty free though. 😣 I still love seeing what they come out with by watching your vids. Hopefully one day they'll no longer test on animals. 🙏 Also, your shirt is adorable. 🩷💛🩵

2 things; I'm confused by your use of"dusty". Do you equate that to muted? And also, you said that BEE(FFR) was too much on the spring side for a summer collection but were not bothered by the BLACKENED green & brown shades, which I thought had NO place in this collection. I am usually at least 90% like minded with your opinions on your wonderful reviews......but there is zero disputing OPI makes some GREAT polish colors 👍🏼.
I don’t own a single coral but I definitely want this one and maybe one of the reds! I’m such a sucker for reds!😂 If I won the lottery I would upgrade my house and give it to my daughter. I’d buy me a smaller house close by. I love my house but it’s way more than I need at my age.😂
Can someone educate me. I’ve been watching Kelli for 2 years now I think and I still don’t know the hand gesture she does at the end meaning. Does anyone know? I’ve never asked because it seems like every question sounds like an attack but I genuinely don’t know and I’d like to know.
Win the lottery? My hubby would retire and have his garage and his project cars, and I'd want to become a greyhound breeder as there are very few Canadian breeders for greyhounds and none that I know of in the Maritimes. Specifically, I'd want to track down American racing greyhounds and try to preserve some of that line since they'll probably end up dying out since they shut down the racing tracks in Florida and those were the majority of the remaining racetracks left in the US. Racing greyhounds are very different from the confirmation or showline greyhounds and they make wonderful pets. Anyways, that's what I'd want to do. I had a retired racer for 4 1/2 years and she was the absolute best companion and the sweetest, most gentle and laziest dog I've ever met.
If I won the lottery, I would definitely travel. I don’t need it to be super luxurious but definitely comfortable. My ultimate goal would be to be able to go somewhere, stay as long as I want within visa limits, then go somewhere else and just gradually travel around the world.
What is the really dark brown and green doing in a summer collection? Come on OPI, those two orangey-reds are just too similar to be in the same collection. I feel like 4 of these shades should be in a Fall Collection. I do really like the green, blue, coral, white and purple!
i'm so sad, i live in brazil and the opi collections arrive here 6 to 12 months later, they don't bring my favorites like greens, some collections they just skip, importing is out of question as the prices go up 5x the original, i want pricele$$ so bad
Gotta say if I won the lottery and it was a couple of million I would build my dream home, with a huge walk-in wardrobe, a giant custom bed, a dedicated nail polish room/office and my hubby would quit work, there'd be a couple of holidays too but not long ones as I'd miss our cats.
@@KelliMarissa the shock! The scandal! :) I am an avid collector of nail polish, but sadly the last few mainstream collections have been… a bit underwhelming? Dull? This one at least has that nice pair of greens. The dark one reminds me of Cirque McKittrick!
If I won the lottery.. I think the first thing I'd do is get some cats and pay my existing credit card bill. 😅 I haven't touch mainstreams since the indies, tbh. Something really gets to me about supporting small businesses.
If I won the lotto... After paying off all of our outstanding debts, setting up a trust that would pay out an annuity, and putting ~$250k per kid in their college savings... I would hire a home organizer to help me get things under control. I would also take the time to find a team of doctors that I truly love to care for me and my family and get all of us full health workups and get my kids all the assessments for neurodivergence that we've been fighting with the schools over. We're coming up on our 14th wedding anniversary and we've been saying for years that we'd go to Europe, so I would like to travel around Continental Europe and see what I can see.
If I won the lottery, I would quit my job! My first purchases would be a car and to travel a bit to see where I might like to move. If I quit my job, I can move anywhere! When I find my dream location, I would build a new house.
This color story for summer is SO WEIRD! TWO reds, several that seem fall/winter, several that seem more spring……. No fun formulas in SUMMER WHEN THEY SPARKLE!!! and a “purrride” color - that’s BROWN!!! 😂 love the dark green though and that you can do a rainbow I guess.
Haha it definitely gives fall vibes! I think they were going for the colors of the progress Pride flag, so they probably named that one after pride to remind people that it's part of the flag too 😅 at least that's what I figured!
I would get a dog. I’ll never win the lottery since I don’t gamble but if I come into money from a mysterious inheritance I’ve never heard of that’s the first thing I’d do. I haven’t had one since we lost ours in 2014 and I vowed to not have one until I could properly afford a vet

Honestly probably not anywhere crazy, I dream of going to the Caribbean for our honeymoon so probably still there but maybe in a suite instead of a regular room 😂 I don't have very expensive taste haha!
Hire a lawyer and a money management firm. Set up several trusts, and pay off my family's bills. Then I'm hiring a designer to make me a whole collection of shoes that are actually comfortable.
I like the greens, purple and blue. As for the rest? What is OPI thinking? This is an autumn collection, not summer. Worse, they're offering not only three reds, but also three colour of DOOM reds? This is just lazy, especially at this price point. Fun fact: If I won the lottery, I'd be packing up and leaving the US for good. It's becoming downright unsafe for people like me. At my age, the only way I'm getting out is to buy my way into a civilized country. Not a popular opinion, but there you have it.
I think they're mostly trying to appeal to their main demographic which is casual buyers/salon goerd who just wear red haha, they def make a lot of reds but I appreciate them making multiple greens (which I believe is the least popular color, esp among casual wearers!)
