Ant by himself struggles with confidence. He's great, don't get me wrong, but he has great chemistry with a lot of people. Him and Jim, him and Patrice, Burr. Lots of honest conversation and maybe some pretty fucked up jokes, but they always seemed to me to be just that, jokes.

What I love about Patrice is that even though he doesn't understand the games Ant plays, he actively engages with Ant about those type of games, hearing Opie dismiss and not even try to engage Ant sucks.

Slik Rick Why? Both 'Shayman' and 'Sharman' pronunciations are correct. In fact there's a lot of argument to say that 'Shayman' is actually more correct. Anyone who insists it should only be pronounced 'Sharman' is a pretentious douche trying to sound smarter than they actually are.

Good to hear social status did nothing for ant here. It's a fucking mmo, and you can tell by the way he talks about it that Ant was a newbie. If you don't understand the meta of the game you are a noob or at least a casual. If you are a casual player don't join a guild of elitists (join a casual guild.) Fuck, if Ant wanted to join a team of competition shooters in real life. They wouldn't just, let him join because of who he is. That's essentially what happened here, only it was in Everquest. Great old bit though, I just wish O&A&J would take a class on realizing when you are wrong and accepting it.
