@@platinumpatience5307 For this and other reasons, the guy was mental. He also was the guy who started the Bam Margera sex tape rumor about Opie's wife.
Opie is a sad case. Really, he was a great talent scout, and as this proves, he could be a real standup guy. But his Achilles Heel was that he couldn't take even faint criticism without it affecting him deeply. If he could've just learned to take a joke, he'd be beloved by the fan base. He wanted to compete with professional comedians, and couldn't, and felt threatened by it. It was never his job to upstage the likes of Jim Norton, Louis C.K. or Bill Burr. Just sit, laugh, chime in occasionally like Ed Sullivan on his show, and appreciate the fact that you are being paid to sit in on the best comedians in the world.
I think of him as Stern but just never made it. He does the exact same insecure shit Howard does, just with less yes men and money. No wonder he hates/loves Howard so much, he's a successful version of him in the same industry
@@onionhat745 totally agree. But didn’t mind him here, he coulda kept playing this character. Defended Jim. Kind of a dick. Told the staff to kick rocks. But agreed he didn’t like not being funny. Think he did best as an asshole and not likable. As a character. Now he’s not likable as a person.
It's real bro, I go one step further, I talked to the owner of the company I work for, he said "hey guys can we clean the shop, it's looking messy in here" and I said " fuck you, I will strangle you if you want me to do my job, suck my dick boss."...I got promoted and I fucked his wife. Hella true story.
Scenario: You're helping your friend move, and you're carrying the couch down the stairs with him, you're on the bottom end, he's on the top end, & suddenly he stops & says "You know I could push you down the stairs & kill you right now, don't you?" & you say "Umm, I guess? Why?" Then he says "I'm just letting you know." (He's not smiling, he's actually trying to express his capacity for violence) -What does that even mean? Is he thinking I'm gonna thank him for not pushing me down the stairs? Is he thinking I'm gonna respect his ability to be violent? All it really did was make me see him as an unbelievably insecure little boy.
@@tobymcgroby8967 I don't think that's an alpha move that's just a goofy kid who's trying to be funny but comes off as a sociopath. Should've just typed your last comment it makes more sense than whatever that was
@@JuanCKaun You weren't there, you don't know him. I think you should avoid doing a psychological profile on someone you've never met. There, now we've both told each other what not to do.
HaHAAA!!! Love it. Jimmy's SOOOO fucking honest through this whole thing. It was a shut down. I hope that pic of Ben was the worst one the ULer found because that guy shouldn't be bustin down any doors tellin anyone else they're outta turn.
You think his reaction was him being sensitive? Ben came out of the gate with a threat of physical violence - and for WHAT? Jimmy's anger wasn't due to sensitivity, it was justifiable outrage due to the sheer fucking audacity of Ben trying to bully him with physical intimidation. And Jimmy handled it brilliantly.
@@anneominous7172 I do think that lol guys who talk overly tough like that are 99 percent absolute pussies...plus the fact he's doing it through a microphone with a room full of supporters makes him seem even more of a puss sack
lol i love the serial killerish pic of jimmy they used lol and i figure if ben went to close to jimmy then kenny wouldve picked him up by one of the fat folds on his neck and thrown him out a window
Joaquin Paez Well, Joaquin, you see the problem with girls who are naked and on a radio show is the fact that I CAN'T SEE THE NAKEDNESS of the naked girls because of the fact that they are a RADIO SHOW. (The capital letters denote me shouting) : )
I'm sure a lot of O&A listeners really enjoyed these fights, but I think this kind of squabbling shortchanges the audience. Getting a peek behind the curtain is fine. Making the admin and office politics the show, no. That said, threatening a co-worker with physical violence is cause for instant dismissal in most workplaces. Even in America, where contracts are draconian and workers' right are virtually non-existent, that kind of threat would result in firing.
No way. The problem with tits like him is they've never been cracked. Once it happens men generally adjust cause it ain't an enjoyable experience, win or lose.
I found the o&a show through patrice then i started really liking norton when that dude threatened him I got so mad dude i would have smashed him for norton he would have said sorry on his knees wordlessly
