Those don’t require specialization, they’re just attention seeking behavior brought on by parental neglect as a child. The booger thing is probably an anxiety or ocd thing.
So obvious, in hindsight, that this entire bit is a meta-goof on Opie -- probably even without his knowledge -- I can see the backstage conversation, "Hey guys, it feels like your comedy schtick is really taking off without me, can I share some of the attention" -- "absolutely, Opie, let's try having a chat about your anger problem" -- then a masterfully subtle "You know, Op, sometimes speaking your mind in confrontations is good, sometimes it's good to discuss your passive-aggressive avoidance with psychiatrists, we all have behaviors we use to dodge honest interpersonal connections" -- they were doing this as far back as the 1990s "Our Op is a Psycho Op" hymn.
