I get it when the pigs are moving across the country to get fast food but when they show up a month later and gained 20lbs they act that they had to move and didnt have access to the chicken breast he wants them to eat. But moving doesn't take 30 days, one or two days of moderate sized fast food won't make them gain 20lbs in a month if they did the diet the other 28 days
I'm assuming there were no 600lb people in the 1700's - 1800's when food wasn't abundant and everyone had to get up at dawn and be productive or they died.

There was a guy in England about 200 some years ago who had been healthy his whole life and just one day started gaining weight unexplainably. He got up to the 600s I think
I had a gastric sleeve surgery to treat a disease called gastroparesis four months ago. When I saw her episode years ago I didn't understand how insane this was but I do now. I just made dinner and had two bites and literally became so full I couldn't continue. I haven't been able to work up to the four ounces I am supposed to be at yet and instead am eating several smaller one to two ounce meals a day. I am a type one diabetic and have eat carbs which makes it harder. The fact that she was eating large volumes of food, especially right after surgery, should have been physically impossible. I don't understand it. The surgery restricts food by force, that is how it works. She stretched it out again within months, that is how she regained weight so soon. As someone who had a surgery that does the same, albeit for different reasons, it blows my fucking mind. Gastric bypass is even more harsh. They have their stomach attached to their intestines and they get something called dumping syndrome. If they eat the wrong thing or too much food they get sick. They will vomit, shit themselves, and literally spit up foam. She had to have been doing that and she was stuck in bed so she was doing all of that in that bed and the hospital bed. Just imagine the implication there, as she was sitting and preparing those wontons for herself and her family. In the bed she couldn't move from. That she had to be shitting herself in. Jesus...
We need to bring shame back to this world. I saw a video yesterday where the girl was on the way to Dr to see if she had herpes. Followed up we with video where she did have herpes. Keep some things to yourself.

I actually feel like it's not easy at all, it takes people decades to amass(pun intended) all of the wrong decisions and choices to become that. When you try to force feed yourself your body doesn't allow it
I understand genetics play a certain role in weight gain but I eat so much high calorie food and I've never weighed above 170. The amount of food obese people eat must be unfathomable.....
Not only the amount, but the combination of items, the film The Whale makes a perfect example of what a human being is capable in combining food items.
im willing to bet its not genetics 99% of the time when it comes to the 300-400 pounders. It's just overeating and no exercise over a span of decades. You just don't see a whale who eats apples all day.

The reason the caretaking partner gives in to that fat woman and her food demands is that if he doesn't, she will nag him and scream at the top of her lungs until she gets it. Processed food is addicting mentally. It's not heroin but there's a reason why big food companies pay chemists big money to get people hooked. Gambling is an addiction that doesn't create a withdrawal. Not every addiction is physical. That being said hearing this person was on disability makes me boil
