To me it's obvious that he desperately wants to be perceived as one of those comedians that has a dark past, and has overcome great adversity. He's clearly intimidated by comedians like Rich Vos, and Bob Kelly, who candidly share about trials that include being beaten by their stepfather, and wrestling with full blown crack addiction. Jimmy is funny in his own right, but it's not enough for him. He needs to be seen as one of those comedians that knows the struggle. It's transparent as can be, and it's Not endearing.
My gf’s mom used to take Ambien and when we’d wake up in the morning there would be cookies/muffins/cake made and half eaten all over the kitchen. I’m talking like one bite taken out of every muffin and cookie and hand prints in the cake. I also used to take it and came to one night running down the street like a mile away from my house 😂
It's interesting how often Opie poked fun at Kenny mis-reading transcripts and text-messages, given that he (Opie) couldn't follow narratives, couldn't figure out the missing word, had to have obvious things pointed out to him, etc.
The Ambien caller probably didn't have a prescription for the Ambien. My friends dad got off for the same thing and the prescription is what saved him.
