That's because they're upside down. I'd like to put them under a galvanized tub then fillit with dirt and plants, but I don't want to drill holes in it for drainage because I already have one that I did that to. These were your grandma's 🙂 What I might do is just sit potted plants inside the tub, and dump out the water every time it rains. I have to paint the legs first or the weather will destroy them quicker.
