This is one of the best comparisons I could find on these two models. The explanation and comparison for the camera were detailed and very helpful. Thank you very much
you do get that this video is sponsored by Oppo also no matter what Oppo does Samsung foldable sells more because of the brand name as usual also, apps are more optimized for samsung and the software for foldables is still king on Samsung while other chines brands still suffer from lack of optimization and bugs.also while the camrea hardware on oppo is decent the camera software is not you can check the edge detection in their portraits am not siding with anyone i'm rooting for oppo and oneplus but it's very tricky for them to overcome this problems.
@@yugzed2233 Yes but Samsung hasn't done too many changes in recent years in foldables. They are stuck with the same ugly aspect ratio of the external screen for exemple or the noticiable crease. Also the battery size or the camaras, the thicker desing, etc.
it's refreshing to see a video not featuring apple from you guys. while we do love them apples, it's refreshing see videos like this from you every once in a while to cleanse the palate. cheers!
I was shocked when he said that the outer screen design is much better with OPPO. lol The camera is bulky, the screen is smaller and the apps aren't optimized.
I would choose oppo, I used to work at att and everyone who was my customer hates the z flip 5 they went to get the Motorola razr plus. I’m about to say this what happened to the good old days where we had a huge variety of phones that we choose from and enjoy when they were fun and have its own unique features. It seems like mobile phone world drop a huge amount of products and all we got is apple, Samsung, google and Motorola and that’s it. It seems like that I barely see one plus, zte, htc, Nokia, huawei, Sony, asus and so forth heck bring back the sidekicks.
Yes but has no front screen to do anything on it , i wanted the huawei pocket 2 , but it dose not have a front screen , i have the oppo and have whatsup ,youtube , gmail , and many more apps on the front , and thats why i chose it
i like the oppo better... to be honest, i dont use wireless charging coz its way too slow, and i dont swim with my phone, so waterproofing isnt my department as well 😂😂
This video is extremely biased. Oppo does not support wireless charging, Oppo is more expensive (Oppo is around $1300 for the 512GB vs Samsung is $1200 and they offer way better trade in), Oppo has a lower IP rating with IPX4, less durable build (Gorilla Victus glass instead of Victua 2), Oppo has a worst USB 2.0 (compared to Samsung's 3.2), and Oppo's cover screen is terrible. You cant even type on that cover screen and if you take a picture with several people you'll not be able to see everyone on the frame. Y'all keep making extremely biased videos.
im not sure about your points because it is kinda personal reasons at this point, but for me i think he can compare other aspects as well like battery life for example.
@@hwon_oxo it is personal opinion, but he clearly missed a lot of points to consider. He should've mentioned them so that the consumer is aware. Obviously this was a sponsored video and they were being biased
I owned flip phones in the 2000s. Can’t tell you how many times I dropped them fumbling to flip them open. Unless you need to carry a much larger device in your pocket, I’m not convinced this isn’t a fad. I really think glasses, not flippy phones will replace brick phones, but not for like 10 years.
Awesome, those are really worth the attention. By the time Apple pulls a foldable out of their ass everyone will be bored by them (forget about innovating, they are barely competing with the rest at this point) 😅
@@trippytime It's the only possible thing that can be done at the moment (to touchscreen devices) that's remotely interesting. Making a larger display more portable and more versatile? Yes, please
I'd take me a flip-phone, but I ain't paying for it! My mint condition (and mint green) iPhone 11 is working fine, lasting a long time. The only thing that sucks is battery life, but since I'm not a big power user it really doesn't matter to me.
