After we give points out for the front camera @4:41 the scores are as follows: Galaxy: 10 Oppo: 9 iPhone: 11 Right before we give out the points for macro @5:20 we accidentally switched the points of the Galaxy and the iPhone. So the iPhone gets 1st place and goes from 11 to 14 (3 points) and the Galaxy gets 2nd place and goes from 10 to 12 (2 points). The math is correct and the result is the same, we just wrote the numbers on the wrong side just once! Apologies for this error, and we hope you still liked the video!
I think OPPO's strategy works: making good phones but not great enough to overtake Apple. or it will be smashed by the mighty everybody-knows-who country just like the other everybody-knows-who company. It is smart to stay low under the circumstances that a lot of the core components are not self-produced.
I totally agree if they make a smartphone better and cheaper than Apple the USA will accuse Oppo of spying and then by by Oppo no more Google services !
I have the Oppo and I'm extremely impressed with it. Camera aside, it comes with more base storage and ram, faster charging (with a charger in the box!), not to mention the design is unique and stunning.
The points system is wrong after Macro (added 4 points to Apple while adding only 1 points for both Samsung and Oppo) destroying the whole scoring for the rest of the video (if scored correctly it flips the scores of Samsung and Apple)

I think for me personally the oppo is the best option for me. Using a s21 ultra currently and the larger sensor and nonapixel binning is not really an advantage. The s22 ultra has no compelling features for me. I won't touch Apple to be honest. No intention with the exception of an ipad Pro possibly. I've been looking for alternatives to the usual handsets. Vivo, Xiaomi and Oppo/oneplus do show viable alternatives . Where I can I photograph manually so if necessary can fix things in post rather than prebaked AI making the decision for me. Let's face it if you need something fur social media anything under $800 will do the job.
I'd like to add another category, longevity.. You can use most model Samsungs for multiple seasons an they will still perfom well.. where as apple will expect you to purchase the latest model every season. For me that a huge no-no I will never buy another iPhone until they do something pretty spectacular, and even then it would be difficult for me. At least these other companies don't try to manipulate their customers like apple does.. 🍎👎🏻
I've had my pearl white S22 Ultra 5G for a week now and, trust me, this is, deservingly, the most desired phablet on the planet! And it's "Nightography" lowlight camera feature is INSANE!!! At first, I absolutely hated the triple-stacked circular camera design on back. I hated it. But the more I've studied it, and looked at it in my hand, it's absolute genius and beauty. Rumor has it the S23 Ultra for next year will have two HUGE double-stacked circular cameras next to two smaller ones and a flash. I'll have to trade my Note 20 Ultra for that one, cause this S22 Ultra ain't goin' nowhere!!😁 4REAL
I have it currently, the hardware is by far more solid than any other phone , but I just had oneUI with a passion it doesn't feel as fluid as pixels , colorOS, or even MIUI
Thanks. I would say that all three are great and each have pros and cons, so choose what is more important for you, if the camera is the main driver of your purchase. I carry an iPhone and Android so best of both worlds. I am currently using the OPPO as my Android and it has solid and consistent cameras so I would recommend, but TBH there are 5-10 flagship phones that most people would be happy to use for their respective cameras.
Heating And Draining issue Help Us Save The Oppo Find X5 Pro the first time I had this problem was with my first Opportunity find X5 Pro that I bought in the march this year. the battery drains very quick even when you don't use. while using you can get 5h sot then later I sold my X5 pro because I didn't like the draining and heating, then I bought the Oppo Find X5 no heating and no draining of the battery also while not using the The Oppo Find X5 didn't drains at al, and only gets hot while gaming 3months later I Bought The Oppo Find X5 Pro again because I love the phone its a great product and still facing the same problem switched back again to The oppo Find X5 again no issues. then later on switched back again to X5 Pro again thought maybe with color os 13 anything will be fixed and much better buth My X5 runs on color os 13 and my X5 Pro runs on color os 12.1 patch October 2022. I bought The Find X5 Pro 3Times and Faced The same problems with 3 different phones, I switched once to a other phone company, buth like oppo so much that I keep coming back I only browsed a bit on chrome while using wifi til 22:00 I got outside switched to 4g and the phone gets hot while browsing then in standby I didn't used the phone, and it drains while idle the Find X5 losing 10 procent battery if you browse for one hour on internet the Find X5 pro Gives you 45minutes 5hours sot and the phone will be dead a lot of people also talking about this, on Xda Developers, that why I Said #saveoppofindx5pro because we all love the Phone buth the battery and heating Problem makes it Not a Fine Experience I bought the Find X5 Pro I had it 3 times 1 the the white on ass seen on the picture . I sold it because of draining and heating isseus, then switched twice back to the Find X5 white a white one sold it later on because I loved it so much sold back a other Find X5 Pro and still facing the same problem so I had 3 times the Find X5 pro and 2 Times the Find X5 and didn't had any of this problems got 7 till 8hour sot and I had the Find x5 pro5 3 times so I don't think a factory reset wil work. I couldn't decide so I bought an s22 ultra for myself and a Find X5 Pro for my wife. But she doesn't care about phones so she said I could keep whatever one I like better and give her the other one. The Find doesn't launch in Australia until the 19th.
I think Oppo all the way I do not care for an front camera im not into taking 10000 of duck face selfies or any selfies at all over all it has pre much anything i could have or want so for me it wins hands down
I use s22ultra very problem internet and WiFi after 2 months hanging...I'm dispointed...I sale after that I buy oppo x5 it's mind blowing I can't believe it's like turbo faster internet WiFi Camara everything is perfect....
Any phone that you test, the WINNER is ALWAYS gonna be the one that you think that makes you look good but for real-life how ppl see you, get a sony phone and that's how you actually look like when you are with ppl.
S22 Ultra❤️ Just get it and chill! Best camera, best screen, best design and S pen. 4 years of software update and security update! I know Apple has great camera and battery, but IOS is just a hiccup! So restricted and boring.
Iphone 6s 2015 still running iOS 15 so 7 years softwareupdates, and iphone 13 pro max 25% better battery. And iphone actually won this cameratest, but waiting for apples iphone of 2022
@@leroyrs Honesty, I would really like to know what Android phone you have been using! Before you compare an Android phone with 13 Pro max, make sure that phone is priced and launched similar to 13 Pro max.
@@aishwarjadattashrabon3808 I used a Samsung S10+ and my girlfriend a Huawei P30 Pro. We both switched to the 13 Pro Max. I still use the S10+ as my second device which is on Android 12 and One UI-Version 4.1. It's a pretty good phone with a decent cam and I still love the S10 design. Unfortunately it has the Pink line of death. It's still working but it's annoying. My old S6 Edge Plus had a crack on the screen after 2 years of using. Samsung displays are great but there is something wrong with thei build qualitiy. Before the S10+ I had a Huawei Mate 10 Pro - good phone but I had issues with the USB port that had to be repaired - fortunately within the warranty period. We have used the 13 Pro Max for 6 months now and it's an amazing flawless smooth phone with an excellent cam and awesome battery life. It took one day to get used with IOS but switching between OS wasn't a big deal. I recommend everybody trying both OS before talking trash. I probably would have been fine with a S21/S22 Ultra but we wanted to try an iPhone. We do and no regrets...

I think s22 ultra is beast phone but samsung kept many things unfinished and thats why giving such results..is there any possibility thats through software updates it can become much better and perform to its real potentials in coming months? Bcz as of now they havent actually done anything special abt improvements instead of stabilization
The potential of large improvements through software adjustments is always there, I mean we are talking about a relatively new phone. If it's going to happen, only time will tell I guess :D
I have seen improvements with the Pixel camera, mainly bugs, but I rarely see big upgrades in camera performance, Samsung camera updates are usually bugs or adding features to older phones. The exception is the Exynos camera that was very sub-par on the S21U and got a few updates to get it to the Snapdragon quality. The S22U was great but we are comparing with last year's iPhone and it is equal so I feel that the iPhone 14 Pro will have the best cameras in 2022 out of the big two.

If you guys did a section on capture speed, you would really be able to differentiate yourselves from the other reviewers out there. Samsungs are notoriously slow in capturing photos, with its horrible shutter lag. This makes it unusable for capturing moving objects like kids, pets etc. Whereas the iPhone is pretty much instantaneous. If you could find a way to measure capture speed and include it as a metric for your camera comparisons you would really kill it as no reviewer has done this
On the Audio you shouldn´t only focus on noise canceling or if you can hear other people speaking but also about the sound quality. Sound quality is I think better on Oppo Find X5 Pro than of Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. The sound quality of iPhone 13 Pro Max is also good but I don´t know which is the best here. I have Oppo Find X5 because I found it for a cheap price from an online shop and I am happy with it. The only things which make me thining about buying second phone is that the people can´t unlock the bootloader because Oppo blocked something to avoid them unlocking the bootloader. Or a front camera with full hd 60 fps at least would be also better. These small things making sometimes a big importance depending on what people want to do with their smartphones
It’s now jan 2023. If used all flagships of 2022. The Oppo find x5 pro is the smoothest, fastest phone of them all. Especially after android 13 update, even better than my pixel 7 pro. Android has way surpassed iPhone now. iPhone not even in the top 3 other than video.
You can clearly see that this guy is biased and try to give Apple points every opportunity he gets. No way the iPhone front camera looks as good as the Galaxy. Also Samsung introduced the Macro mode before Apple did on the S21 Ultra. Apple followed suit, not the other way around, get your facts straight.
The front camera photos of the iPhone handled the sunlight better than the Galaxy, as the face was clearly visible. Samsung had better videos, so they balance each other out. Also, I didn't say that Apple introduced or invented the macro mode. It's the first time they introduced it on one of their own phones, they didn't have this mode before. I think you should listen more carefully before you write comments because it might mislead people.

They added a sensor that switches the ultrawide blah blah blah. It's literally the same exact feature they copied from the S21 Ultra, no one had to step their game up. Samsung knocked it out of the park from the first time it was added to the S series. You're the one trying to mislead your viewers.

You can watch any other comparison or review of iPhone 13 pro max and you’ll see how impressed each reviewer was with this macro lens, that was before the release of S22. This guy isn’t biased, he did a fair review.
@@CraigDIGz Best to get over it, Samsung is usually first but Apple takes its time and usually does it better and it is clear as day the iPhone has better macro mode and that was from their 2021 phone. In a few months the real competitor arrives with the iPhone 14 Pro.

I still don't get the point of a macro camera on a smartphone! Who is taking super close ups of stuff on their phone? And why? What are you taking close ups of? I'd much rather have a decent telephoto lens than a great macro lens because the telephoto lens is way more useful!

i have a black oppo find x5 pro its an amazing handset, i wouldnt choose another phone over mine love it, if u want to take proffessional pics use a dedicated camera the specs on the oppo beat the other 2 hands down its a beast
At 2:33 it's normal that difference, the samsung and iphone have the roof, the oppo has the blue sky, easier to distinguish hair, that difference in head position changes everything. I don't understand how in the macro you say that iphone is slightly better than Samsung and you give 4 points to iPhone, 1 to Samsung that is much better than Oppo that also gets 1 point, what a joke. In the matter of zoom the difference of Samsung to Oppo and Iphone is immense, and you give only one point more to Samsung, another joke. Nevertheless, I consider 3 good photography machines.

The S22 ultra is my current phone and in terms of hardware it's literally unmatched. I just hate oneUI, it feels so clunky and ugly compared to pixel, colorOS, and even MIUI
@@JJjjJJjjJJ28 Strongly disagree, aside from the 3-4 years of OS updates it's by far the least refined, and ugliest UI that I have used. This is coming from someone that has used every flagship phone for the last 3 years from brands like Samsung, Pixel, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Vivo, and Oppo.

Caught up to Apple edge detection technology ? Bro , samsung are far better than the apple in terms of Edge detection 😂. Apple edge detection always has that glitches on the edge of the potrait especially when it comes to hair & plant detection, apple are far worst. Are you really a photographer? For me , my iphone wins for its video quality but its not for a photographer. i use Samsung more for a potrait photoshot.
You don't need a special eye to see that s22 plus and iphone13pro Max is on another level.we love oppo but ok don't be so provoking on vids.for instance the three portrait mode selfies show that oppo x5 pro has nothing good against the others and you say it's better because of the algorithm!! Never forget the realistic mode!! The real u see with your eyes is the only comparison.wrong video in terms of comparison wrong devices Samsung's and apple's are way way better, another level as I said.ps I strongly believe that oppo make great phones and maybe in the future becomes number 1 who knows?!!
