Feel like it’s a good time to mention how animals work in Bikini Bottom: Snails are cats. Large worms are dogs, like the one Mr. Krabs was walking in your last reaction. Small worms are…actually they’re just worms. Scallops (little clams) are songbirds. Sea Urchins are bug-like pests. Jellyfish are bees, instead of honey they make jelly. Amoebas are dogs too, at least for people Plankton’s size. Also, the fire underwater thing has an explanation. In reality, that isn’t fire, but highly-concentrated plasma. Same reasoning for why Mario and co can shoot fireballs underwater.

I remember this episode being kind of sad actually, Patrick Crying for his friend to come back tugs on the heartstrings a little bit especially because me and my friends spats that separated us a little bit

Best Squidward quotes in Nature Pants. "He took off his pants." And "SpongeBob, do us all a favor." I think it's nice to have a discussion on why Squidward felt like he had to just be standing there watching him get dressed. He just stood there watching SpongeBob putting his clothes back on as he most likely in my opinion stared at him as a means of observing because I can tell from context that he didn't want SpongeBob naked any longer despite that being SpongeBob's house they were inside of and SpongeBob could've done what he wanted he fulfilled Squidward's favor of getting dressed. SpongeBob didn't seem to mind Squidward staring at him as he snaps his clothing back onto his body. And funny enough he doesn't feel the need to ask Squidward why he's holding his clothing or what he was doing with them in the first place. It would've been nice if he'd said something like "Uh, Squidward, you're holding my clothes in your tentacles."

I think the reason SpongeBob didn't seem confused about Squidward holding up his clothes was because I know he knew Squidward saw him naked and that Squidward wanted to provide him with clothes. SpongeBob was good at reading the room knowing Squidward got those clothes for him. He accepted that Squidward didn't want to see him without his clothes.

Even though Squidward only mentions SpongeBob taking off his pants. Since he sees SpongeBob naked he knew his underwear came off too. He clearly knew that he pulled his underwear off too. I'm sure there was a pair of underwear inside of the square britches he offered to SpongeBob... but all that mattered to Squidward was SpongeBob getting dressed. I picture in my head he likely grabbed a set of clothes out of SpongeBob's dresser. I am certain that he knows where his dresser and clothes are.
