In the context of a "Opposition Supreme Court Case" related to a vote of no confidence, where the court has granted standing to the Opposition leader, it means that the court recognizes the Opposition leader's legal right to challenge the legality or procedural fairness of the no-confidence vote. This decision allows the Opposition leader to actively participate in the legal proceedings and argue against the vote's validity based on constitutional grounds or procedural irregularities. Possible outcomes could include the vote being upheld or overturned, depending on the court's findings and interpretation of the law. #VoteOfNoConfidence #SupremeCourtCase #OppositionLeader

The Opposition needs to introduce into evidence the video recording of the Parliament Sitting where all of this occurred to show the Supreme Court exactly what happened so they can see exactly how the Parliamentary Majority headed by the Prime Minister blatantly disregarded the PNG Constitution and the instructions of the Supreme Court concerning the VONC. This was a flagrant violation of the PNG Supreme Court rulings and the PNG Constitution. In other words, this was not a mistake made out of ignorance but of willful criminal intent. The mover, and the seconder of the motion to override the Speaker's decision to allow the VONC showed calculated contempt of both the PNG Supreme Court and the PNG Constitution. Therefore the Majority in Parliament must be taught in the strictest terms allowed by law not to attempt to override the law and indeed the PNG State. Neither the NEC nor the Parliament have dictatorial powers in PNG. No Member of Parliament has a legal right to attempt to override the PNG Supreme Court or the PNG Constitution. And this is especially true of the mover and seconder of the motion. The video evidence will clearly show the Supreme Court how the Majority was told by the Opposition about the Majorities actions being contemptuous both to the PNG Constitution and PNG Supreme Court and how the Majority led by the Prime Minister disregarded those warnings and acted in the contemptuous ways the Prime Minister and his supporters did. This Parliament must be used as an example to teach all future Parliaments that this kind of blatant disregard for the PNG Constitution and the PNG Supreme Court will not be allowed to go unpunished so all future Parliaments will be shown that it is in their own best interest to always follow the rulings of the Supreme Court as well as the PNG Constitution. If the Supreme Court fails to punish those involved for contempt than it will embolden this Parliament to continue on its reckless pursuit of forming a dictatorship in PNG by trying to use a Parliamentary Majority to contravene rulings of the Supreme Court as well as the PNG Constitution. It will also incentivise future Parliaments and Prime Ministers to attempt the same. Laws must be followed by the leaders of this Nation or the PNG State will not survive. Only the Supreme Court can convince the Prime Minister and his followers to always follow the law by sending them to prison so they can understand the gravity of the actions they committed. Our citizens are sent to prison every day for much less than trying to overthrow the PNG Supreme Court and Constitution. As I said before. These actions were not made out of ignorance but with willful intent therefore the same willful intent must be shown by the Supreme Court to punish these traitors to the PNG Constitution and the People that Constitution is meant to represent. Most sincerely, Dr. Timothy James Koeser

I suggest that every MP who is mandated in his or her electratorate to represent the respective District must be inducted of the constitution process. Process in: 1. Positions in ministerial responsibility and it's process of presentation in parliament. 2. Roles of handling PSIP & DSIP funds & acquittals of tax payer contribution 3 Induction of parliament debate manners or Parliament session manners. Induct in Standard Orders. Most MPs breach their lines responsibility boundry. " Constant induction will eradicate minor confusion and cause unnecessary downtime"

Supreme Court to recall parliament immediately and order to entertain Notice of VONC on the floor of parliament. PNG greatly appreciate the first stage in Supreme Court 5 bench decision in granting Stranding Orders by Opposition court challenge to proceed . PNG is watching delightful to see Recall of Parliament in two (2) days or three (3) days. Not more than 2 days. Good Lord Cares.

Speaker Job Pomat debate in parliament explaining spellings and names how it should be look like has nothing but parochialism leading to to nothing but confusion. Every parliamentarians become elementary amongst themselves and misleading PNG and the world too ? Come on, the names are all excellent 💯💯💯 and looks appropriate, approved in laymans understanding. Only Job Pomat and the cheats he created becomes problematic in himself (Speaker). Pangu Party also so afraid to entertain VONC nothing but protecting greed and riches... Supreme Court determine declaration of 1. Recall of parliament 2. Entertainment of VONC 3. VONC must go through the parliamentary process where constitution it clearly stipulated by the peoples parliament. I recommend Job Pomat resign immediately as he told PNGs 10 million people on the floor of parliament through peoples Chair by himself (Job Pomat) Everything he said was misleading and will have effect but parochial.

I believe the Supreme Court decision will again be unanimously in agreement with the Opposition's position. SOs and procedures were clearly breached, as in the case with Polye/Zurenuoc. This is easily an identical case. Therefore, the Government should just entertain the VONC motion on the floor of parliament and get it over and done with rather than holding the entire country in ransom.

The opposition has no policies for the next 50 years, nothing at all. They are talking and vocal about rice/tin fish policy. Marape/Rosso modernization policy will take PNG forward with future improved economy, health and education and so on. The current economy is wholly or partly contributed by 3% of PNG's current population. If all PNG is connected all or if not 97% rural population will help contribute to build our economy. Let's not underestimate our potential. This government is heading in the right direction. PNG's 97% rural population is with Jane's Marape and Rosso government. Min tribes man
