I've noticed I keep getting into fatburn and then I reward myself with a drink. then I eat. 😮 . I keep sabotaging once I'm doing well. These videos and my coach are helping. I think I need to commit to watching these when I start the stinkin thinkin. 😊

Well when I am going out I call ahead and make sure they have a menu that I can choose from as far as dessert I take my own dessert along with me and I drink water or have a duet soft drink ....I am in charge of my destiny of my health care journey the Optavia plan has helped me with my arthritis pain and discomfort so I know when I eat something that is off plan I know I will pay consequences the next day with discomfort then I have to start all over with getting into fat burn so for me making unhealthy choices for me is the trigger to stay with making my healthy choices thank you for sharing
Could someone please give me any advice . I’m concerned about my lean and green meals . I’m allergic to shellfish, eggs and I don’t eat yogurt or meat . Can anyone please suggest anything PLEASE that I could pair together for my lean ? Are there any vegetables I could substitute with the lean for ?

Anyone ever address the side effects that affect some of us who are on the 50 one plan. That side effect is hair thinning and hair loss. There has to be something one can do to minimize that side effect.
I had a really hard time sticking with the 5/1 because I am diabetic. I got dizzy, weak, couldn’t concentrate. I am going to try 4/2 to see if I can get through it. My “lean green” meals are, for example, 3 serving of plain lettuce, no dressing (9.6 oz) and 5-7 oz boiled shrimp, I tbsp cocktail sauce. Is there a video for diabetics?
