I am actually starting this program tomorrow, but I have been doing research. My friend, who got me started, sent me a link to one of your videos and I have been hooked. Is there a place where you post your recipes, because I would love to have a one stop shop. Thank you for doing the videos for everyone.

I make my own taco seasoning and it calls for chili powder and cumin...so adding extra would most likely be overkill. Super simple to make your own, a ton cheaper and you can store extra in a ziploc.

Since Itçs just me at home can I make these and eat 1 serving each...say Monday/Tuesday but freeze the rest in serving size bags for the next week?

Quick question , thought this is old so not even sure you will see this, you make 2 meals on Sunday for the week - do you just repeat all week or how do you work the other 5 days of the week?

Is the chicken taco soup for 1 serving or two and I know it says 3 greens, but how can that be with only 2 cups of lettuce for the greens?

I can not imagine what lettuce is like after 6 hours in the crock pot. Isn't it mostly water anyway?

Hi Penny! It actually was the perfect texture. It wasn't crunchy and added a good flavor to the soup. :)

Hi Linda! Yes, the cabbage goes in with everything else. :) This makes 2 servings.

@@MallorieintheMaking Hey Mallorie. Love the videos. I am at the end of my 2nd week and I'm loving the program. You have been an inspiration! For this recipe, you said it makes 2 servings, so is each serving 1 lean, 3 condiments, 3 greens and 1 healthy fat. Or the entire crockpot? Thanks!

Is this something that I can do on the 1st 30 days? I could be wrong but I was under the impression that I couldn't have dairy (the Mexican cheese) and fruit (the canned tomatoes). I'm excited to try it regardless but I don't want to screw up. I'm only on day 1. 😆 Thanks so much for posting this. It's so helpful!

I love your videos! Instant Pots are all the rage right now and I just bought one for my lean and greens. If you have one, I would love to see you do Instant Pot meals!

How do you know what foods you can have additional to the fuelings? Like cheese, veggies, meat.

Why do you use low sodium soy sauce, but then you add salt?

You do need some sodium in your diet. I’m assuming she made the choice to cut back by using the low sodium soy sauce to keep her sodium in the healthy zone.

How many oz of green beans is that bag? I got a 12oz bag...is that okay?

I think mine was 16 oz, but as long as you have 3 cups of beans you should be fine. :)

Hey Michelle! So the Chicken Taco Soup is 2 servings. You will just need to half it and it is worth 1 lean, 3 green, and 3 condiments. The Roast is 6 servings and is worth 1 lean, 3 greens, and 3 condiments. :)

I prefer to slow cook a roast. I've done one in the IP and it was tough and bland. I've made taco soup in the Instant pot several times though with success. I just use the "soup/broth" button. I have the IP-Lux model (the one without a yogurt button), so you may have to use a different setting or just choose manual. I would bet 10 to 13 minutes on manual would cook a soup nicely and get the flavors blended.
