I have tweaked the plan a little bit adding more protein because I do spin classes daily and weights. Some days I will add protein when I am hungry usually after exercise. Are there other resources you can use if you need more help other than your coach? Thanks so much for your help !
Hi Melissa 👋 in my Crock-Pot instructions say not to clamp the lid & its for carrying it only. This looks so good! I want to try it with the lettuce and make boats lol 😆 I need to find more plan aprrove recipes for Crock-Pot. Thank you for sharing 😊

Wanted to share a tip for all coffee drinkers. Our cortisol level is the highest upon waking. So are our blood sugar and uric acid levels. (Notably: more heart attacks happen at 5 am than any other time of day). That is because our body is preparing us for the day and giving the boost we need to get going. Adding coffee, a stimulant, to this mix of hormones spikes our cortisol levels resulting in weight gain. We can avoid this spike if we wait just two hours after waking to have that cup of coffee. Simple but powerful. 👍
I saw in the comments below that you cooked the turkey bacon in the microwave. I don't think I ever get mine to look as beautiful as yours. What brand do you use? I'm in my second week of the plan and I'm loving your videos.

I just use Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning. I spray a little olive oil on the green beans and seasoning them with garlic. I cook them at 400 in my air fryer for about 12 minutes I think. Thanks so much for watching❤️
