The supports are V2 RR Kizaru and 6+ V1 G4. (The Luffy support isn't mandatory.)
Note: If the HP of the mobs don't increase, then Blackbeard isn't needed. If the do and you don't own this Blackbeard, use another unit that reduces barriers by 2 turns.

The support is V1 Reiju. (She isn't mandatory.)

The support is V1 Rayleigh.
