Optical Blending on a Drum Carder

I love it. I can't wait to start playing with carding

And adjusting the ratios of each colour would give different results.

I found when blending adding one color layer over another color layer blends the colors faster and more consistently.

I love the finished batt and yarn i love colours there so magical xx

I have a brother non motorized 72 and can do more artsy or goofy additions to the batts. Motorized sure looks slick 😊

That was interesting. The red was so strong and red can overpower other colours so I expected it to dominate more than it did. I like the result because I’m quite fond of heathered yarn.

It is a really pretty copper color.
