Ego can be a security officer’s worst enemy. We have to pick battles. One of the key things to take away is the narrative a person can throw on a story, either through manipulation / redaction of content. They can yell, scream, throw adult sized tantrums but only show your response. The average person reacts to clips quickly and without thought it’s often a snippet of the story. People are not going to show them stealing on RU-vid but may scream for others to record as they get tackled after attempting to flee / assault of an LP agent and then claim they were targeted.
