I think that if you're an entrepreneur, want to be an entrepreneur, or want to work on improving your mindset so that you can prepare yourself for success, this keynote has a crazy amount of value to provide for you. Mindset is so absurdly important and if you don't understand that and work on improving how you see things (both good and bad) that happen in your life, you will lose.
Thank you for watching this video. I hope that you keep up with the daily videos I post on the channel, subscribe, and share your learnings with those that need to hear it. Your comments are my oxygen, so please take a second and say ‘Hey’ ;).

What made me feel the most: I am a crier. I shed tears during high emotional moments, happy or sad, and it feels great. When you offered to fly that guy with the slight handicap out to your office it hit powerfully. I was already a major fan of you but that took it to a whole new level. I am a co-founder of a company that supports companies expanding internationally called weConnect (almost 200 direct staff now) and at least 8 times during this speech I wrote my self an email about how I was going to support my staff better, ask clients for more feedback and generally approach work, family, raising kids and life. You freaking rock bro. I loveeeeeeeeee it!! Haha And by the way gawd damn Dutch Bros has an amazing energy as a company wow.

You assisted in helping my work day go by smooth at my miserable JOB. I have been told my empathy and care for others especially my love for my employees will cause me to fail in business. I am too emotionally invested etc. Within this keynote, I felt self assured I am doing what comes naturally to me by caring for others with a passion unmatched by my peers and it will help foster a better business in the long term. Thank you G.V. I would love to hear more from you and maybe one day have the opportunity to ask you some questions of my own in persona as well. Sincerely, Daniel

Hey Gary, what I took away from this video is that even someone as young as me (20yrs) can do what I love and do it for the rest of my life but to do that I have to tripple down on my strengths and close my eyes until I'm 30yrs old. That's what I'm going to aspire to as I hustle everyday. Thanks so much for the motivation. Smile :D

And I'm okay with letting the chips fall where they may." And I appreciate your constant reminder of people being kind and empathetic with an emphasis on legacy.Stalwart traits which are vastly underrated in business! Thank you for paying it forward. B -

Shane Nicolich it takes so much courage to do what you do and run a Marathon. As a former professional athlete I can tell you that. Now for personal (weight) reasons, I started running 2 months ago, while I committed to myself not to stop until I get back to my desired weight. In one of Garry's videos he says how he started working out and he will not quit because he doesn't want to let his personal trainer down.

My favorite moment of the keynote, was Gary's communication style in a way that isn't limiting factor, cuz even the folks that don't necessarily relate to his bravado stick around long enough where they gain respect and admiration for his communication method. Due to the fact that this isn't a façade for him, you really get a lot of the "stickiness" he talks about !

What I felt the most was when you talked about how society focuses so much on fixing your weaknesses when what we should be doing is capitalizing on what we know we're good at. I spend so much time focusing on what's wrong with me that I'm not even really sure what my strengths are anymore. I'm going to put more effort into positive self awareness instead of ragging on myself all the time for my faults. We ALL fuck up. That's not where the focus should go. Right now I’m a senior in High School & in a huge position of influence with my High school Band. & I have a problem with a few teachers & directors above me who aren’t doing what they should in that position, & also just destroying relationships with their students with negativity. When this year started I realized the kind of influence & constant evaluation I was getting from the other students with my position. I’ve made it my goal everyday to not loose my positivity, not get below 100%, & do everything for the students/my peers. Since July, I’ve been pumping out all this & ive seen not only an entire organization flip 180 but even the directors I had problems with are slowly changing towards a more positive perspective. This journey of getting to this position & the journey now that I’m constantly crushing micro problems with these kids, & excelling at making their legacy a good one, has been the most rewarding experience by far. This keynote just lays it all out on the table & really dials in the focus for me. Thank you Gary ❤️🔥

Inspirational, motivational, educational, and funny as hell. Best 2.5 hours ever made on RU-vid. To answer your question at the end, what I felt the most was the part about being a manager truly does reverse everything you’ve ever known before becoming one. Employees automatically judge and put you on their shit list. It’s very difficult because managers are humans too. While trying to be empathetic and there for your team, you also have to act like you have it all under control and that you don’t give a shit what they think of you.

Try as many things as possible until you figure out what you're rad at and you like, and go fucking do that for the rest of your life. Listened to this on my podcast last night. Marathon Q&A, many brilliant insights and it must be said a beautiful act of kindness to someone in the house.

The truth that you constantly spit blows my mind. So much content in such a large amount of time and even then when all of those people asked you questions you don’t stumble once, you have the right answer for everything. You. Are. The. Man.

I didn't learn anything from Gary Vee ! It just confirmed me what i was already doing on my side !!! (But with the benefits of giving me incredible energy) Left my job, build a portfolio, get my dream client, learn Google Adwords, Facebook ads, hustling every day, and living now from my passion with absolute nothing else that loving what i do (photography and web) and all of that NOT in MY COUNTRY because i moved from France to Portugal, learn one more language, etc I feel every word you say man, I'll never thank you enough Gary for the hell of energy you give to us, love you man, this keynote it a GOLDMINE !

Just got to the end of the video..... To answer your question. My favorite part was what you said about not listening to the opinions of those closest to you and just do what you are driven to do. Only change your direction if it doesn't sit well with you and not what others say. THANKS!

I feel the most the parts about not giving a fuck in general. Love people, love ur friends, love ur family but fuck them. Respect people u dont even know but also fuck it. Im/was the kind of person who gets very stuck on peoples opnion and finally im figuring it out the fuck why i give a damn about it, the "what im scared of them to see", and of course its failure, not because i had everything (because i didnt) but because i wanna make it diferent, i wanna be the one who will raise the bar in my family's game and this also scares the shit out of me. Thank u so much for this wake up call. Puuure diamond. Love u! 🙏🏼

I fell asleep listening to a different video and woke up halfway into this video during the part about Oprah Winfrey noticing others which allowed me to understand at a deeper level-it’s about caring more for the consumer. Thank you. I’m fired up to work harder in my business because I realize I love helping people more than anything else. Making that my guiding light melted my resistance to making content. Making content selfishly for things is nothing compared to making content for impact. ❤

There's gems there: - EMPATHY as the biggest quality in your leaders - having a singular FOCUS when you have a big dream -Deeply caring what people think about you, while simultaneously not caring at all. There's some great stuff here, won't mean much without application tho

I think a lot of that stems from how he expresses his thoughts. They are very disjunct, and it takes work to put them together, but like Jewlz says, there's substance. And it's free!

I really really connected with this video. First of all, for me it felt like you, gary, really felt the vibe and the kindness and love of the audience. I felt your compassion and that made me watch. The audience was so great, there was so much real kindness in there, which for me tops being cool. I also of course picked up some free advice...but love on top Gary :) . Thank you for staying there and taking the time to answer them. For me this was a heartfelt moment. Thank you for sharing this.

The vibe of that talk and audience was amazing! Wish i was there... Oh but wait, we live in the best times ever and get to experience most of what that audience just experienced! Gary you're great and inspirational against the dying dinosaurs of the previous generation that can't keep up with reality. Thanks man.
