Answer to the last question is here : If I buy a call option at some premium lets say ₹10 for the far month but the option hits the strike price or comes nearer to the strike price anytime before that and then I decide to sell the same call option but at a higher premium . Then I will be called a Call option seller and thus My profit will be the extra premium received ( premium at which I am selling - premium at which I bought) and that will be fixed . But my loss Actually notional loss will be unlimited as the value of underlying asset may be appreciated till any value... Correct ma'am?

I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day invt decisions being guided by a invt-coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using a invt-coach for over 2years+ and I've netted over 1.5million

Its really not as difficult as many people presume it to be. It requires a certain level of diligence, no doubt, which is something ordinary investors lack, and so a financial advisor often comes in very handy. That is how people are able to make huge profits in the market.

@@glendoragruz5766 Option trading strategies are based on the two basic types: the call and the put, call basically is good choice when you expect the stock to rise significantly while put is the opposite. Knowing when to use either is really key to success.

The way you taught us is absolutely wonderful. No cconfusion. No mixup of multiple points. Some RU-vidrs come up with a topic but end up with some other stuff. Must tell you this Rachna.. you are the only one who could explain this concept to me so clearly. My TA guide, a SEBI certified inv advisor couldn't (everything else in TA he could), nor could a friend who makes a lot in F&O trading and I have seen his account! Will watch the video at least another 3 to 4 times and only then go to the next one. Respect and regards.
