On your video cover , front photo right hand side, you have a bridge, but there is a small empty triangle right in behind the two front teeth, why is the triangle there ? Thanks.
That is called a dark triangle and it comes from loosing bony tissue in areas where the teeth used to be. If you loose a tooth, you eventually loose bone and hence the gum tissue draping the bone.
I am missing one front teeth. I am using acrylic plastic denture. I am finding it very uncomfortable and therefore I cannot wear them. I am thinking about the metal partial denture- will this be better and more comfortable than the acrylic one to wear? If i lose bother teeth, could you add another denture to the metal? let me know. Thanks
Hey doc, I'm missing a molar second from the back and was told I needed an exteanction and an implant. I did my research and saw that I should wait till I'm 25 for better long lasting results as I'm 19 and was looking for an alternative until I'm old enough. What would u say u recommend to substitute that tooth until the time comes
Hi! Im missing four molars in the upper jaw and Im thinking of using a metal partial denture but I have many doubts. Can I chew and eat well with it? Do the clasps damage the healthy teeth where they are attached? Is it definitely a good option today? Greetings!
Hello, it all depends on if you can compromise your needs. Yes, they can damage the abutment teeth If not planned and designed well. There're better options out there.
I'm missing 2 lower jaw molars on each side and have a lower Partial. Couldn't afford implants. I was fortunate that my dentist made a set that fits me really really good. No discomfort. The only issue I have is keeping them anchored when eating certain foods or when small particles get underneath. I have yet to find an adhesive that keeps them anchored down all day. That's my main complaint.
@@drobinson2745 What you're describing is that there is lack of retention and there're areas where the supporting bone has remodelled. The solution to this is a relining procedure @ the dentist or a denturist. Also can you use teeth with root canals , crowns, gum recession and with periodontitis? Can filled teeth before used Unable to go full denture route due to gi issues and full Mouthy option not affordable
I have 7 teeth on bottom in front my dentist wants to pull 4. One is super loose so yes it needs to be pulled. But the others do not need to be pulled there are crooked wish I could show you a picture. I need a second opinion. There will be a partial going on bottom.
Hi there, bridges or crowns, both can also be surveyed with rest preps built in for better partial denture stability. I hope that answers your question.
I've got alot of teeth missing and alot of roots in gums dentist's left and fillings in every tooth cracked teeth I want to change but I don't like dentist not been for a very long long time wish I could do something though
Pleas make sure that you look at all the options with the 4 fundamental properties in mind: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xNqArTad1Oc.html
