Course Description: The chief complaint of headaches is frequently encountered in optometric practice. This course provides the basic mechanisms of head pain, with distinguishing features of asthenopic, primary and secondary headache disorders. Case studies are utilized to highlight the role of optometrists in directing the patient to the most appropriate management.
