Hi, I just received this model of Oral B electrical toothbrush. Would u recommend putting it back on the charger after every use? Or Should I only charge after depleting the battery entirely? I am thinking of preserving the battery longevity here.

How can you possibly upload a toothbrush review without even mentioning ONCE how it actually cleans your teeth!? Surely this is the most important finding of a toothbrush review?!?

Is there an oral b that has cleaning mode, gum care, sensitive and maybe whitening, but is not a smart brush or if it does, the cheapest in that range that has these modes? Don’t want to pay for smart when I don’t want to use it. Thanks.

Hi, I got the same version as you however all four of the heads are the same which is the cross action one, I didn’t get four different ones. Is this normal?

Looking at getting this I have the 2000 at moment but I have realy sensative teeth and I after use the gum care setting and still fine that to much my teeth hurt after even using sensative tooth brush head is the sensative mode slower and not as powerful as the gum care could you please help me on this thanks

Is the travel case power adapter universal 100-240v? One reason why I am looking to switch from my current OralB toothbrush is that the power adapter is not universal and thus not suitable for international travel.

I know how brush my teeth now. So I really don't need all those features. I wonder model works the same but leaves out the extra features?

The travel case is charged via a proprietary charger that requires an EU plug adapter, not a shaver adapter.

you could also buy a smart mirror, which fits nicely with the smart sink and smart faucet running on IOS or Android

So just purchased this from amazon black friday offer £70. So I needed to invest in a decent electric toothbrush had no idea that I'd be needing to use my phone to line up teeth etc via Bluetooth omg haha. Shame this does everything other than give u a UK plug socket and only offers 2pin for bathroom or a USB charger point.

silly question maybe, but can you share a electric toothbrush in a house (obviously each member has their own toothbrush head), and does the app work ok on diffrernt phones?

I'm just viewing this because I have this model and I am trying to advise my wife on which current (December 2023) model to buy. In essence I agree with everything that you've said; I didn't buy it because it had bluetooth I bought it for the various cleaning modes; do I use them? No in fact I get annoyed when I accidently hit the mode selector button and then have to cycle back tto the everyday mode. My mobile phone is not welded to my ear, in fact it's annoying when I need to find my phone for two factor authenitcation when I'm on my computer so the idea of taking into the bathroom is as far from my mind as the moon. I was quite happy with the little clock of the previous model that tracked the 4 quarters and beeped every 30secs but it won't pair with this model I'm sort of glad that I didn't throw away the travel case even though I haven't used it in the years I had it (2019) because it's too heavy (every little helps for air travel) but as we are going to Canada I thought oh I could use the USB port on the travel case to charge it as their voltage is half of the UK mains voltage - no you can't it's only for charging other USB items (maybe the phone). So I've bought a charging cable that fits into the travel case port and with a two round pin to two flat pin adaptor it will charge from a 110/115/120v supply. Why the heck didn't Braun Oral B make this a univeral voltage model - its price warranted it! So after my rant what advise did I give to my wife for her new model - get one that uses the same brush heads as this model and not the new IO series as within a couple of years you will have spent more on brush heads than the (heavily discounted) Pro 3 3500. You probably won't use more than one brushing mode anyway so KISS keep it simple stupid. Why not get a non electric toothbrush? Because they actually do a lot better job at cleaning my teeth - my dentist told me so! Keep smiling.

Would this be a good brush for a 10 year old ?

Some people will love this advanced technology, but me personally, I think this is overkill! If I needed this device, I would buy it if my dentist keeps telling me I'm doing a poor job cleaning my teeth, when everything else fails!🤠

Don't have a spare of battery, if husband must go overseas and then he want bring together that electric brush...so what his wife/child want used? Want to buy again under 50-100 bucks, that's mind of crazy!
