The other concern is the black one looks like it will mark easily, have you found this to be the case ?

Hi, I’ve just purchased the dual set, after watching your review thanks. The only issue is the travel case seems to be a case not a rechargeable case is that the right case?

Hey, The case is just a travel case and not a rechargable case. In terms of whether the black marks easily I'd say that it does show a lot of marks from hard-water, toothpaste etc but isn't scratched etc.

I just got mine today (from the UK btw) but I’m contemplating on returning it because I’m not sure how to charge it. The charger does not fit in the socket nor did it come with an adapter. What shall I do?

On mine the charger is a two pin bathroom plug and then the other end has a pointy bit the toothbrush sits on. You can get adapters for the bathroom plug amzn.to/3aNxP5F

I bought one each for my wife and I and they FAILED after just over a year. Very annoyed!They power on, but just run down straight away. It might be a lithium battery issue, I have never had this issue in the past with oral b toothbrushes!!
