Thank God, you posted this 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙌🏻👍🏻 I have been searching online, looking through reviews on RU-vid and otherwise, and nowhere could I hear if the massage mode was supposed to do that kind of slow down and speed up and slow down and speed up noise/action that it was doing. I just bought this toothbrush over the weekend and I thought maybe it was broken. I do need the massage on my gums so I've left it on that mode thinking that I should get it replaced. But, I can clearly hear in your video that when it's on that massage mode (wave-ish looking icon) that it is supposed to do that. Again, thank you!

Hi, thanks for your review I really found it interesting. You have had ample time now to cross examine Braun and to find out why they are tracking the rinse wash. How did you go with this? The other thing is if the brush handles a charge for 2 weeks am I meant to turn the charge port off?

Do you use the gum care mode for your gums? Can you use sensitive mode to brush your gums as well?

I’m not able to change ring colour in the app. It’s the same model too.... which app did you download? Only one I could find was the oral B app.

I read if you switch off auto sync you can use this as a family brush with different heads. Just need to take phone to sink for each session 🙂

Why I can’t change modes? Might it be a factory defect or something?

I have the black version. I can’t seem to switch modes. On the app it shows a locked icon next to the cleaning modes. Any idea why?

I never got to customise my colour on the app.

I have a tip to stop you getting multiple brushes being recorded. dont switch the brush on agagin when you wash. Sorted. :)
