Thank you Dr. Richardson for all this easy to digest information. I have been diagnosed recently with Pigment Dispersion Syndrome and my iop is borderline glaucoma. I am trying to learn as much as possible regarding treatments and procedures because both my brother and father have pigmentary glaucoma. I hope someday you do a video on pigmentary glaucoma as there is not much info on it that I can find.

I have been on Acetazolamide (started with 1000 mg, then 500 mg, now 375 mg) for two years alongside 3 other drops and I am experiencing a significant change in energy level, and I suspect depression. Nobody ever told me about some of the side effects and risks you mention.

That is a very young age to develop glaucoma. I hope you are able to see a skilled ophthalmologist on a regular basis in order to maintain good vision for life.
