If you're already looking ahead to Mother's Day, these Orange Almond Muffins may be just the homemade touch you need. You can bake them in a regular muffin tin, or in glass ramekins for that extra beautiful look. You can also add extra sugar if you want them to be more of a dessert, although the fact they are lightly sweet is just perfect for the morning. 🍊👌
They really are beautiful. I think it's the powdered sugar that makes them look so high-end. But they're delicious, too. Thanks watching and taking the time to comment.
I hope you like them. I love muffins, too. I just experimented and baked a batch of banana muffins using my sourdough starter and they came out fantastic.
Yummy! A perfect morning treat and a great idea for a Mother's Day brunch. Can't wait to make these orange almond muffins. 🍊 Thank you for the wonderful recipe, Marcy!
Mmmmmm, those looked great, I bet they'd be good with tangerine juice too!! They looked so professional ! My daughter can pull that off, I can't mine look funny but taste good! Great Job!
I love a good presentation, and these really lend themselves to that, because even if they come out wonky, when you sprinkle them with the powdered sugar, they look impressive. I agree about the tangerine juice. I'm sure it would be great.
I hope it's a word, because I used it, too! Lol I'm kind of on a citrus kick at the moment, using oranges and limes in everything. Pretty soon I'll be sharing a bunch of lemon recipes.
I love your channel. thank you for sharing. I have a question about the citrus and dairy. Does the orange juice ever curdle the milk? and if it does, do we care?
