Orange marmalade and tree pruning 

It's a fun journey learning about these mighty citrus trees that flourish - they just love it here in our city garden. Making jars of our own marmalade was such luxury - wow what a jar of sunshine! I didn't use any preservatives, only some natural pectin to make it less runny so we better eat it all fast!
