Don't eat or buy Orange Roughy. These fish grow slowly and a fish that is but a few pounds could be 50 years old! They are being fished to extinction because nobody knew they existed until 15 years ago because they live so deep in the Ocean. Then, fisherman started catching millions of them a year not knowing they were catching 25-100 year old fish ! DON't EAT THEM!
