Tank. My friend. I cannot thank you ENOUGH for turning me on to this band. They are insanely talented, and I have been consuming their music relentlessly the last week or so. I hadn't listened to this one, either. All I can say, is holy shit. Talk about a band that will absolutely destroy your expectations. ETA: Also, adding SOWAS in the outro? Solid god damn choice. One of your longest and most epic, featuring one of your longest and most epic on the outro.

I used to hate when people reacting to metal paused all the time. For me, it’s like watching a movie and all of a sudden someone just paused it for whatever reason. But you changed my opinion on this matter. Well, for you that is. You really know your stuff and i can tell how much music means to you. When you paused and talked about the lead guitar, i realised i havent heard it before, or at least thought of it. I learned quite a lot listening to you. Cheers!

I totally agree when you say "it's like they are in my head knowing what I love". I had the same thought! :) I'm usually quite picky and I struggle to find even a few parts of their song i don't love, especially in the last album which is one of the metal masterpiece of the last decade to me

What a awesome reaction! Been listening to them since 2018 and just love them, easily one of my favorite bands! I was yesterday at there show here in Sweden and saw them for the first time and as a musician I can say what a great live band they are! I also ran into Chrisoffer after the show and talked to him for a while and what a great dude he is! He told me they are heading to the states on tour so you should go and see them if they come near you! Fun fact, turned out me and Niclas live in the same city here in Sweden!

Loved it! Super glad to discover this band and I hope they continue their upward increase in popularity. To touch on your end notes, I think there was a study done that mentioned an extreme metal drummer burns as much calories as a pro soccer player. Don't quote me, but it was something like that so you are spot on.

I felt the same way about them as soon as I discovered them. I have not heard one of Orbit Culture's songs and disliked it. This song is one of the rare instances where I much prefer the live version to the studio version. Something about it just sounds superior to me.

Oh Tank, I am so glad you managed to save this reaction, but I don't envy the restraint. 20 mins is fine for a reaction as in depth as yours and I disagree with future Tank, more swearing, it adds to the natural feel of the reaction. I am constantly astonished by Orbit Culture they are astonishing and, much like yourself, I got into they through the reactions, cannot wait to see them live. The only issue I have with the pause is that I'll bet your neck starts itching to get back to the music, even though the tech talks is spot on. Great reaction as always :)

I've seen orbit culture live two times as they were opening for InFlames and I have to say, there's something about those guys and their style. Just rediculously great music. I feel like there's few other metal bands that succeed to capture and hold your attention like orbit Culture does. Gotta say I'm proud to be a Swede right now. Also, fantastic f*cking reaction, Tank! I grew up listening to oldies (60’s70’s) born 84, then rock then it became all rap. Last year September 21 I heard Fight of the fire flies and shazamed it before the song ended. I’m just gonna say it I’ve listened to there songs more times than any other songs in my playlist!!!! Tank just found your channel today bc I google flight of the f f n you came up. I can pinpoint to the day everytime I heard a band for the first time and said, ok this is going to be my favorite band for the next years. Metallica started it with Fight fire with fire. This was 86. The next band to blow me away was Korn with Clown in 94. Then in 2005 it was Trivium with Headshot to the head of trepidation. And finally the circle is complete with Orbit Culture. After hearing Saw for the first time here in your channel, that was it. This is my band for the next 10 years.

I’m usually not someone who comments on videos but Tank, man, the way you go about those reactions, for me especially this one, really adds value to the overall experience. OC is my find of the pandemic (together with Spiritbox, in no particular order) and your breakdown creates a nice access point to a more advanced understanding of the song. As a tech layman I feel like I learned something along the ride. And I can totally relate to what you said about the emotional reaction that top-tier music like this evokes. Thanks dude! Go Orbit!

I wish I could like your video more than once! Man, Orbit Culture has become my favorite band very quickly. What's funny when I first heard them I wasn't sure if I liked them because Niklas sounded a lot like James Hetfield 🙊 Then Chase posted his reaction for Nensha and initially didn't recognize the band but once I did I fell in love. I felt so silly after not liking them at first because they're perfect for my music taste. I bought the Nensha hoodie and once the band announced they're going to release 30 copies of signed Nija vinyl I knew I had to get my hands on it - and it worked! :D I'm a happy owner of signed vinyl by Orbit Culture. I can't blame you for listening to all their songs because they're so so SO good! I sometimes come back to your previous OC reactions because it always bring a smile to my face to see other people loving their music! 🖤🤘

I'm with you Tank, I love this band so much! Now that you have heard pretty much every song from them, what Orbit Culture song would you select to add to a "Try Not to Headbang" challenge video if you were to create one? I know I would fail miserably with nearly everyone of their songs but this song and Open Eye are so bad for me that I have to skip them when I'm driving because its too hard to keep my eyes on the road. Awesome reaction man, I love seeing you get so excited over this band because that's exactly how I feel. I also simply cannot wait for more Orbit Culture material when it gets released.

They really are a great example for why tracks are not a bad thing. There's so much atmosphere. I do wonder, though, if or how a synth player would fit into this band. Personally, I would really like that, but I guess they're hard to find for metal and it's probably hard to integrate them? Regardless, their CDs are running up and down the list in the car. So good. SO good. Also, have you seen the Knotfest appearance Orbit Culture made? There's two videos, because they split the songlist a bit.

About the vocal tracks: I asked about this to Niklas on FB. Indeed they use tracks because some vocals overlap. And if you listen closely to the chorus you can hear the chorus being growled in the background (behind the clean vocals in the chorus). They suggested to do a rig rundown for the fans.

I know this is coming in way too late (as I'm just finding out about this band and WOW!!!!) - I grew up in a small town 15 minutes away from Meductic, NB, where Sabian symbols were made. I used to do Tae Kwon Do training in the cemetary near the plant (freaky I know) and I always wanted to go inside the plant to see how they were made! Small little world :) And meductic literally is a small strip of land on the side of a beautiful river. Completely blink and you miss it...less than 200 people live there!

Regarding drumming being brutal, for my first bands first gig, I had some beers before the show..... by song 3 I was so fooked up I fell over the drum set and they had to carry me of stage... learned to never drink before a set again, and never straight after either since you are so dehydrated.
