@@lauriitamalviina they use safe chemicals, like encapsulation, that grab the dirt as it dries up into crystal form, then can be vacuumed up and away when carpet is fully dry. No chemicals or residue left behind. Or you can make your own organic prespray that can be left in the carpet with no residue left and is fully safe.

@@GodRam1988 sorry, but not true silly. There are MANY vlm products that are just as good as HWE and some even better😉
