Orbx - DCS Kola Map: Winter Textures 

Glad we got the winter textures, but was really disappointed that no new airbases were added.

It's a really beautiful map in a beautiful landscape. It just really needs new airports added.

What's up guys. Do you plan to add more airports to this map? In the video I made showing this new winter texture, I marked 3 "ghost" airports. However, I got curious and went searching on Maps. I saw that, for example, the first airport I discovered actually exists in real life. So, is there a plan for you to increase the number of bases in the future? Good week guys. Thanks and seeya 🍻👏🙂

Need to add new airports, fix the problem with trees(FPS) and remove the grass squares underneath. Overall, nice map, but at this stage it looks a bit lifeless. Hopefully updates won't be delayed for too long. It would be nice to have ice instead of water as it is IRL.

So glad you guys got into the DCS racket. Your MSFS scenery is top shelf and I bought 8 of them. Any insight into new projects for DCS? I hope you keep improving this fabulous map and create new ones. I will buy them all

Do you guys think you may be able to optimize the storage space needed for the map? Looks awesome, just can’t afford another hard drive.

beautiful! I hope somebody uses the star wars mod to do a Battle of Hoth on the glaciers. Can't wait for more airbases to be added so that this map can start being viable in multiplayer!

Alright Orbx... we need to talk about the SAM emplacements... the SA-2 (S-75) has SIX emplacements around a central command bunker. You put in five.... the SA-3 (S-125) has FOUR emplacements around a central bunker. I know you have a KMZ file with all of the locations of the sites, and I'm 100% on board with saving time by using a common asset for each, but we need to get those accurate! Same with the SA-5 (S-200) emplacements and SA-10 (S-300) emplacements when you get around to making those. Good work so far, more to go!

Yeah snow is cool but more airbases so I can use the map would be great

Деревья слишком зеленые, так не должно быть. Они должны быть все в снегу. Размер самих деревье должен быть меньше. Удручает достоверность аэродрома Североморск-1, авиагородка и его окружения, да и самого города.

I wish lakes would be frozen and trees get snow cover. And more thicker snow layer on ground.

While gorgeous and one of my favorite maps for single play missions, this map desperately needs airbases for proper multiplayer server gameplay. This map is painful for the A-10 pilots.
