What a delightful revival for this home. It felt so claustrophobic in the previous video and pictures. Now it is bright, airy, and ready for a long new life, thanks to you and your team.

Elisa, you are a wizard of house flipping. I think many of us were waiting patiently for this one...and it was worth the wait! The house looks amazing. The exterior is completely transformed. There was so much to remove in this one, wasn't there? All the shelving in the front, the ugly metal security door, the orchid houses and all the debris that went with it. Your demo team earned their bonuses on this one, for sure. I don't know if I was the only one who was shocked to see how vast that back yard area turned out to be? It's crazy big. I think it was the right decision to just clean it up and leave it for the buyers to improve upon. It would cost a fortune to do anything because it is such a big space. I wish the new owners would let you come back in and film what they ultimately do. Will it be a pool? A guest house? Pickle ball court? They could probably do all three, honestly. But I think the best part was the house. You did such a great job with your thoughtful design choices. I LOVE how you opened it up and while it is a small house, you made it seem spacious and inviting with all the new windows, can lights, light paint, hardwood floors. The kitchen looks awesome and I can't believe you fit a shower in the main floor bathroom without pushing out a wall. How did you do that? Magic! I think what you did with the hallway upstairs, incorporating it into the MB and creating a new door to the Bathroom was inspired. The bedrooms are small but they all look great, and yes, dinosaurs are awesome. Kudos to your team and to your staging person who really outdid herself on this one. Thank you, Elisa. WORTH THE WAIT!💞

Fabulous! What a clever solution to the primary bath! The neighbors must love this one too, what an eyesore the old structure was regardless how it may have looked full of flowers. I hope the new owners remove most of the hard surface and bring back native plantings to help with drainage & sloping 🙂

I have been waiting for this one! Wow. The new owner can do whatever he or she wants in the yard. I think they got a good deal! Love the way you re-imagined the bigger bathroom. Even the way the bathroom door opens from the primary bedroom makes sense. The whole house is wonderful, and I am not surprised you had a lot of interest from buyers.

Been waiting on this one! That backyard was horrible, can’t imagine how many dumpsters it took to clean this one out. House is beautiful, so many windows. You hit it out of the park!

As always, love what you did with the exterior, interior & the staging. However, what happened with the backyard? The cleanup from the previous orchard nursery was impressive, but why was there so much green moss stain leftover? That part doesn't look good; was it not able to be pressure-washed or gone over with a layer of concrete paint?

I wondered about the moss as well. But I think it’s to let the potential buyer know that moss grows in those areas. Same with the leaves in the front on the driveway. Which is a feature in most of the homes. Correct me if I’m wrong Elisa. 😅

I’m one those who has been anxiously waiting for this remodel. This one really did take the cake. Wow. It’s beautiful now, like all of your homes. The backyard is unrecognizable, like the Jurassic park house. I didn’t recognize that one at first. This one, I remembered that it was called the Orchid house, so I couldn’t miss it. Thanks for showing this to us. I love all of the homes you remodel.

This transformation is incredible! I love how you opened up the space and modernized the home while still respecting its original features. The backyard makeover is stunning-it's amazing how you turned what was once a hill into a functional and inviting outdoor space. Great job Elisa i probably would have just removed the tree in front yard as it appears to be still blocking i glad you gave a blank canvas for the backyard however i was expecting a bit more and what's all that green stuff

I wish my life had gone in a direction where I could live in a house like this. ;_; It'd be cool to have a work shed in that gigantic backyard, but then... having to carry tools or products up and down all those narrow flights of stairs lol... Probably could make a fantastic game room and covered pool, though.

Should left the gate to the stairs maybe would help sell the home since there is so much crime in San Francisco, maybe the previous home owners knew about the crime in the area from experience

FYI - 1) this property isn't in San Francisco, and 2) locals know "crime" is overblown in the news and is mainly contained to the downtown area like most major metropolitan cities in the US. Anyone buying in the burbs where this property is located understands the market, demographics and statistics before plopping $1.4m. The Peninsula houses some of the most affluent zip codes in the country where crime is minor, far from "so much".
