Still watching ,not thru with it,but is it possible for some kids to have started school from the elementary level to high school and won’t be able to speak simple English,it’s so bad,at least a pry 2 student will understand who killed this woman,this is not a good message for people watching our movie outside the country it’s like telling them we are not very educated or our schools are bad in Nigeria.
it's tragic how Yoruba's cant speak their own language in their own country. Instead we chose to adopt and force foreign language that isn't ours..you dont see the english struggling to learn our language like this and at the end of the day you are still mocked for the way you speak english. Western education/ English language is not the benchmark of civilisation. A o le gbo oyinbo ju oyinbo lo.
it's not a bad idea speaking English in Yoruba land, but I negate abandoning Yoruba language completely. Moreso, we all need to stop mocking those that speak bad English. Afteral,l even the oyinbos understand that Yoruba is our mother tongue that's why they refer to it as FIRST LANGUAGE
Is it possible for teenagers not to understand what thief means??its a very common term...atleast in the first scene shalewa spoke English,we understood what she was saying but the English wasn't composed,how come the police asked them a simple question and they replied off point....simply unrealistic,it's quite understandable if we are watching just for the fun of it
Pls. All this soundtrack going on while talking must stop this year... You don't allow us to hear what the actors are saying by your soundtracks/music..
