@@Dcunited9090 True story. Mario Cristobal blocked me because I took him to task on twitter for failing to honor Fotu Leiato at Oregon's home opener. John McCain had just died and they honored him. Not only did Mario block me, but he had the Oregon recruiting account block me, as well as the Oregon football account. It was pretty extreme. I had only made the comment on his personal account. Luckily, I have a new twitter and can now follow all those accounts.

@@Dcunited9090 As well, going back further, we had Todd Doxey die from drowning and Terrence Kelly was murdered just days before heading to Eugene. Both were impact talents. Also, I believe it was Kenny Wheaton's brother Derrek Wheaton who was also murdered even further back. He had hoped to come to Oregon to follow his brother's footsteps and had an Oregon offer There were always rumors that Derrek Wheaton was more talented than his NFL brother.

The crazy thing about Khyree dying was that he also died with his two HS teammates. I remember the name AJ Lytton from following recruiting. He was a pretty big prospect. It was like three brothers dying together. Definitely a gut punch for sure. I really thought Khyree was going to be something in the NFL.

The thing is if we promoted Adams to OC who’s gonna coach the QB’s? That’s why we hired Stein. And I’m pretty sure that’s why Adams hasn’t been an OC yet. Usually it goes to the QB coach… As long as Lanning is here I’m not worried about kids leaving

The story of Khyree Jackson was so shocking. It brought back memories of Spencer Webb, Fotu Leiato, Herman Ho Ching, Todd Doxey, etc. Oregon has a disproportionate amount of football players dying throughout the years in comparison to other schools and that is very sad. Sometimes in life we get unexpected, freak accidents and there is no way to make sense of them. Like the story of Mitch Rossell who was on AGT. He lost his dad, grandfather and mother in law in the most bizarre situation. Two lane highway, his dad was heading one way, his grandfather and mother in law were coming in the opposite direction. Before they past each other, a drunk driver hit his dads car and caused his dad to hit his grandfathers car that just happened to be coming towards him in the opposite direction and they crashed into each other and all lost their lives except for the drunk driver. How do you explain that??? How could three family members in two different cars all verge into the same point on the timeline and a drunk driver cause them to crash into each other and kill each other?? That is unexplainable. Drunk Drivers never think about the unimaginable damage they can cause when they decide to drink and drive.

2025 Oregon receivers, Moore, McClellan/Dallas Wilson, Jurion Dickey. 5* receivers across the board. Second team Ryan Pellum, Kasper/Lowe, Gatlin/Greshem. I hope Oregon starts to load up on 5* offensive lineman because the secondary is shaping up, the backfield is already in the barn, the receivers and QB's are there, the DL is there. We need more elite O linemen and linebackers. We get those and this is a multi year natty championship caliber squad. 2026 class has to be O line and linebacker heavy to complete the squad.

@@lrod2470 you seem to not realize that there's multiple ranking platforms. There's a difference between a guy between a fringe five star on one site and a guy being a consensus five star. You're talking about high end four/low end five stars... They're often jumping up and down with each new rankings. I don't know why you think that the same media who is constantly putting Oregon out as a top brand and school is also somehow fudging all the Oregon recruit numbers.

I don’t think Dakorien Moore will play the slot…even though it’s the easiest WR position to get open. I think he will stay on the outside, since he’s a similar WR to a 5’10” WR-Antonio Brown. In fact there’s a bunch of guys that are his height that are top NFL WRs on the outside, and he is more polished than all of them when they were Dakoriens age.
