This was our first time ever in this spot and second trip to this area back in March on a nice day looking for brown mule deer sheds. This will probably be the last of the mule deer videos as we switch our focus over to elk sheds!
Hopefully, you guys have been enjoying the content and we appreciate all the support. There is a big announcement coming in the next videos that is totally going to change the game for this year, drop a comment down below if you want to know what it could be! Thanks for all the support. Don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe!

Do you shed hunt on public land or on private? Just getting into the hobby of finding sheds. And can you give me some advice for finding more sheds?

Walla2 Fishing always public man. My best advice would be talk to other shed hunters in the area, hike as much as you can, and don’t hit the same spot twice until you know it’s a good area. Get a feel for where animals winter and always use google maps. Looks for south facing areas with enough cover, water and food. The animals will be there. Don’t be discouraged I’ve hiked 235 miles since March 1 and I barely have more than 20 horns to show for it. It takes time. Just keep hammering.

I'm a couple years into shed hunting, it took me a good year before I got the hang of it. Exploregon Outdoors offers good advice! I am pretty sure I watched every shed video I could find, focus on the tines, the curve, and take one out with you and throw it in front of you, train your eye so to speak! And never give up!!! Happy hunting!!
