Exploring the tide pools along Otter Crest Beach and Devil's Punchbowl State Natural Area near Newport, Oregon. Devil's Punchbowl is a double arch, formed by the ceiling of a sea cave collapsing. We arrived during low tide, were able to see sea urchins, starfish, anemone, and more. If you're on a road trip through the PNW, this is a must-stop along the coast!
