OREGON VLOG ☆ managing my diabetes, wine tasting in willamette valley, hiking in cannon beach 

I hope you enjoy a recap of our recent trip to Oregon! We went wine tasting in Willamette Valley, and biked along the Oregon coast in Cannon Beach. My blood sugars were a bit of a mess over the weekend, but I made sure to not let that stop me from having a great time!
