I think many of you are missing the narrative behind this video. For those negatively commenting about the "excitement of Alan" or his "initial doom & gloom", the film is called "The Truth". The guys are telling a transparent story about carp fishing. All of us would have experienced a "doom and gloom" phase within our experiences. I've followed and watched the films for the past seven years and I've seen the efforts and skillsets continue to improve from the videographers & editors. We saw a huge improvement when Carl & Alex joined, and when they left I was slightly worried about the quality of the productions. Then Dan stepped in and I've got to say, they've monumentally improved even further 🙌🏻 Absolute hats off to all of the guys and gals who continue to provide this extremely high standard of content and constantly think outside the box. A loyal nash follower and customer, I will continue to be 👌🏻👌🏻

This should win the Oscar for cinematography the shots and the clarity was outstanding. The drone shots was absolutely incredible including the last shot of alan. You just set the bar for carp documentary’s. Well done the Nash team loved every truthful minute of it.
Wow, well that was one of the most beautifully filmed, edited, creative fishing films I’ve ever watched. No false drama, no silly games. Yes the jet skis sounded brilliant on paper and yes they made for a great trailer and yes they were a disaster but rather than sweep it under the carpet (very easy to do when making such a film) they told it as it was and that was very refreshing. Massive respect to everyone involved in this production. Thanks for creating an inspiring documentary about a sport I love and thanks for telling the truth that not every grand fishing adventure goes to plan.

That was proper mega. Took me on a real, raw journey. I’ve watched a lot of carp films, but that for me was the best. Just loved the rawness of it. Felt real and not ‘manufactured’ like most carp films do. Just feel like packing the gear in the van right now, in fact, I’m out of here……..

Well that was definitely worth the wait. Some amazing footage and some brilliant editing. Can’t wait to see more with Alan and dan (might be nice to have ollie as a angler with Dan filming ). Again well done Nash for a amazing film.

I’ll be honest this one was a struggle to watch. It felt like Alan was on a massive come down from the partying before the trip and the film really suffered as a result. It seemed very doom and gloom like Alan didn’t really want to be there very odd as he is usually so positive. It was a trip off a lifetime that seemed a chore which is unfortunate. The filming however was spectacular.
I'm glad someone else mentioned this, I started looking through the comments to see if anyone had. Although it was a very good watch and deserves a lot of credit, I can't help think it could have been so much better. Alan and Samir just seemed to clash and I'm not entirely sure why. It's as though Alan was completely out of his comfort zone and couldn't master his surroundings like he normally does, whereas Samir was on his home turf and felt comfortable. I hope the Nash boys see this as constructive feedback.

my compliments! what a movie with a lot of phases. this gives a very nice reflection about our hobby. love, friendship, disappointment, defeat, perseverance, creativity, stress, teamwork. I really like how you all were able to capture all these elements in a "fishing film". this is a whole other level, you have raised the bar for the rest.
Just wow. The best ever angling films / documentaries ever. I just love all Alan’s work. The honesty, dedication and relentless pursuit of his quarry, plus all the great interviews, cinematography and music makes for amazing viewing!
Fishing without trees bushes shade, but in such a desolate landscape is not for me, but i really appreciate your energy and effort in making a great film. I enjoyed it, thank you all!

Dan is the best filmmaker by a long shot. But with Samir and Alan to shoot just makes this an amazing piece of art. Dans just on another level to everyone else.

Raw film , like from the source raw , probably the best body of work I’ve seen put together into a an angling documentary/film in my entire life , and couldn’t have been edited better with a month of Sunday’s , absolutely 10/10 you should all be so proud of what you have made here ,
One of the best carp video's I've seen recently. Not a commercial shoot, ok the jetski's made it a little elite style... But a real view in the minds of grown up men mad about carp fashing💪 That's why we go out there, everyone chasing their own carp dreams. Great stuff!

This was my favourite Nash TV production, so much better than the standard video (tie this rig, cast it here, catch loads of fish… yawn). Well done gents (and ladies) on something original and honest, kept me interested throughout. Special congrats to Dan etc. for an amazing edit.

Brilliant film. One of the best and most realistic. It isn’t all sunshine and rainbows. People around you, weather, carp are just some of the things that make you wanna quit. But you never do, because the buzz will always out way the bullshit.

What an excellent film people don't understand the work that goes into these the hours upon hours of editing it was good to see the boys fishing as if the cameras wasn't there and being themselves fairplay Alan,Samir,Dan and bastil and all the team you've excelled yourselves with this one
Brilliantly put together and superb footage keeping it raw with the highs and the lows ! the chase and unknown is what makes us all go back time and time again. Well done to all involved and those behind the scenes and thankyou for sharing with us.
May sound silly but love seeing a raw vid like this showing that its fishing and it isn't easy, things happen sometimes the bigguns aren't there but it's about keep on trying and enjoying being out. Great film in unreal surroundings with plenty of Nash crew
