OREO CAKE MUKBANG! (Vegan) 

Hello my amazing, fantastic friendos!
Today is national dessert day! So, of course, I had to film a special dessert video for today! I am the queen of sweet toothism, what more could you expect haha! So, I made this oreo sushi roll cake for today! I really hope you enjoy as much as I did!

Recipe:
-72 Oreos
-6-9 Tbsp Almond Milk
Vegan Buttercream:
-1 Cup Vegan Butter (Softened)
-3-5 Cups Vegan Powdered Sugar
-1 Tbsp Vanilla
-2-3 Tbsp Vegan heavy cream or just any plant milk
-Pinch of salt
Separate the cream from the oreos. Blend oreo cookies until a powder, add plant milk and blend until a dough forms. Roll dough out in between two pieces of plastic wrap. Spread frosting overtop and roll into a log. Freeze for 1 hour. Cover in chocolate if desired and cut into slices!
