It has been many years since O-Chem, but I think it is correct after reviewing the video; imagining it in 3D. `equatorial faces towards "pointy end" correct?` I don't think about it that way, instead I think about kind of like a planet; equator and north/south-poles. The stuff that points to the "poles" is axial. The stuff that is closer to the equator, is equatorial. In this case, all the OH groups look to me like they go around the center, and are not pointing straight up or down. I forget where I got the image on the right, but the first confirmation has all OH groups equatorial. the drawn image 4:56 looks to me to have them all as equatorial. So I think it is right?

same but i think it's depent on where is the CH3 if its a monosubstituon cyclohexane or something like that xD
