Good evening maam, my answer is that, the first carbon atom has undergone sp2 hybridisation, the 2nd carbon atom has undergone sp hybridisation and the 3rd carbon atom has undergone sp2 hybridisation.

c2 is not sp2 hybridization ,it is sp hybridization , as the carbon in the middle has one pi bond from either side ,it forms two pi bonds, so it forms sp hybridization
