The AG is definitely on the wrong side of his gunner, the AG should always be on the left, or feed side, of the Machine gunner. Not a good idea to have to reach across the gun to link a belt on the fly, or to have the belt run across the gun. Had to get that off my chest, it was bugging me.
ag can be where he wants to be; they're not attached at the hip. you can see he's prone unsupported so they're about to move with at least 50 rounds already loaded.
Dude it's a animation sim lol yeah your right the animation is pretty on point tho for training before they go out and try the same shit that was in the sim
50% security. If nobody's watching for the enemy, the enemy could sneak right up on to the patrol and kill them all. With security out, the guys doing their thing will have a small bit of security to do so. Reason for 50% is because more would severely diminish combat power. You need as many guns shooting at the attacker as possible. If that 50% opens up, the other half will have time to react and get into the fight as well.
I have a question, why is it that no more than half of the patrol is allowed to eat at any time? Is it because at least half the patrol needs to be prepared in case of an ambush or one of the small patrols finds enemy's in the area?
General rule " one foot on the ground at anyone time" Basically When you are defenseless you have a buddy watching you ready to shoot. Battle pair principle.
I know I'm really late on this but best way I can describe it is you want 360 degrees of security at all times. If every other guy takes a break to eat or rest you still have that. Anything more you get holes in your security.
Any one has any idea how this animation was created? what software was used and how do I create similar animations for the purpose of teaching my recruits
@@renierrmmendoza1072 they just keep on going...without having an enough support contrary to what you said operating in an open terrain is somewhat very difficult to enter and more so to escape/egress i would have suggest that they shouldnt use any blocking force that time since it was their bloccking force was the one whose route was blocked and they got massacred
I have to say, I've watched some 1942 black and white training films, and they are pedagogically much better than this. This has fancy animations, but that's about it. The black and white short films didn't complicate things with unnecessarily long word constructs, made breaks between statements to let people recapitulate, and, most importantly, repeated and reviewed their points several times. As a teacher, I have to say, after watching this, I don't remember anything
@@matttent.9492 when I was living in Florida with a lot of words to so we had like bases set up that we filled our shity and then we went back like a hundred yards and work your way up with different actors and then pretty much shot at each other until one person was left in an ad site one they do that in your up also
Of course this is the standard to aim for but will change depending on terrain and mission. You have to make it easy to understand so that you can teach
